I have came across the fashion nova community and have read a lot of negative reviews. I ignored it and proceeded into trusting them. To my surprise, my first transaction with them went through and it was really smooth. The customer service are even very kind to me when I called then to follow up my pending order. Satisfied!
Their 2 day shipping service is commendable,, my perfect place if I really want some new apparels. I have seen a lot of negative reviews about them not complying with their 2 day delivery service but i think they are just bluffing. This is my 3rd time ordering and so far, everything has come on time, not yet disappointed and actually loving it.

I ordered the Letticia Bandage Dress - Gold and there was no description to say that the sizes come up small so I ordered my correct size - it is way too small. I am sending it back but have also been told that I won't get my money back only a gift card! The quality is VERY poor so won't be ordering from Fashion Nova again. When I emailed I assumed I was talking to a human but was repeatedly sent automated emails. Very disappointed
Paid for 2 day shipping and got it 11 days later. I want to return all of the items because the jeans are all thin and poor quality but they dont return your money. You only get store credit back which really really really sucks. I wish i read reviews before buying from them
This company is horirble! There clothes isn't that great looking or the best of quality! More like an upscale Q. I ordered 2 outfit for my them. I received the wrong items. So I sent them an email asking can I talke it back tot he store? They told me it's best to send it in. 1 because I will only get store credit I take it to the store. 2. If I do take it back to the store I can't use that credit online only in store(BS) how stupid is that? So I sent it back shipping. A day later my package was delivered to them. I made sure I paid an extra $2 for them to sign. I received partial money for the shipping which is fine. No matter how much you pay to ship something to them they will only reimburse you $10 no matter if you spend $20 on shipping. It's been weeks I am still waiting on a refund from them. They said my package was delivered and I am telling them it was not delivered to me the second time. At this point I want my money back no store credit no exchange for the right item. I want my money. I will never order anything from them every again! Save the hassle don't order anything from this company

Whoever is writing reviews saying they spoke with an agent is lieing. This is my third review i made another purchase on 11/22/2017 with the gift receipt they emailed me since they don't refund your money. And I still haven't received a tracking number. I e-mailed the company Thursday they send a tracking number that don't even exist. This is my last time fooling with this company
I wish I would have NEVER ordered anything from fashion nova. I made the mistake of placing 2 orders with this company and I cannot believe the issues I've been dealing with. My first order was "canceled" I was told after several emails I sent questioning the refund notification. Still waiting on a refund for that, hopefully I'll get it soon since I used pay pal. Second order was incomplete. One item was in stock so I received an "e-gift card" for the amount of the remaining. So I said whatever and placed a 3rd order using the gift card (my money) and having to pay an Extra $6 shipping fee. I get an email that the order is shipped, but its only 2/3 items! Wtf? So I have to get another gift card and place a 4 then order and pay another $6?! This is a straight up scam. My first and last time shopping with these crooks. I was hoping I wasn't going to have anymore issues but these crooks are relentless. Forget about calling or emailing their horrible customer service, waste of time. They have the website setup with beautiful clothing and great prices. Too good to be true. So far I've received 1 item and it definitely wasn't worth the price I paid. I'm just ready to be done with fashion nova. Horrible, terrible, worst customer experience I've had in a long time. Do Not believe the fake news, fake 5 star reviews. Their customer service reps are prbly spending their days writing reviews. You can tell the bad ones are real.
The first time i ordered i paid for 2 day shipping and i received my order in 15 days, i decided to give them another chance made another order, and its been 7 days and my ordered has not even shipped and I selected the 2 day shipping as well, no one gets back to you through email and you cant get anyone on the phone. They don't process the orders in the order they came in, and you might order something and get an email 5 days later saying the item is out of stock and they will issue you a gift card they don't even give you your money back. When is their fault for not updating their website, and 5 days later? They claim orders process in 48 hours. Not to add my first order came incomplete and it took me an extra 2 weeks to get the missing piece of clothing that was paid and they did not include. Their customer service is disgusting will never order from here again THEY'RE BASICALLY THIEFS AND LIARS
I made a mistake on my order and I can't get a live person on the phone to rectify it. I'm not even given the option to hold for an agent. Won't be ordering from here again.
