I ordered a lot of items and I received the package really late, around 20 days and after I opened they messsed up my order and sent me different footwear than what I ordered and when I asked them about return they were not at all helpful, I live overseas and it costing me 33$ to ship it back to them via Australian post but they arent refunding the shipping above 10$. It was their fault that they sent me the wrong item and I have to pay for it.

I have been shopping with a known online shop and there service really disappointed me. So, i made a decision and switch to fashion nova for everything fashion related. I have heard about their services from my best friend and she said that she has been shopping with them for a long time. I think I should trust her and really transfer to fashion nova. It really makes sense now, i get why she trusted them. Their 2 day delivery service is more than i could imagine and... it is free! Fashion clothings and attires are also of high quality. Really getting into it!

I'm a big fan of Kylie Jenner! And when i have heard that she advertises fashion nova to which I also use, I freak out, honestly, lols. Because of this endorsement, My trust rating has skyrocketed. Anyways, Kylie Jenner stuff aside, fashion nova is an awesome site. They provide high quality products which is really really important for me and the shipping? It was quick! I shop from here all the time, dont get me wrong Ive bought some amazing stuff that I use on a daily basis but man, I HAD to come on here and just say that the customer service is $#*!. They have never helped resolve any issues which is the most frustrating thing. I get that businesses mess up and run into trouble but no way it can be this bad. My most recent problem was a return, my Carrier tracking stated the package was delivered within 5 days from shipping it, so I waited an extra week (which is what they state 5-7 days) to process, its been a MONTH now. And every time I try to email them I get the same damn message about 5-7 process days... lol its just horrible. For having such a huge customer base they really need to step up their service.

Ok, I have been shopping with FN for about 2 years now and i never had a issue with shipping until around the holiday's this year(2017) I must say i was very disappointing how they assured my order would be shipped in 7 business days on the site. But because i love the cloths and i know how fast i usually get delevery i decided to trust them and order anyway. Long story short i was able to communicate with someone and she assured me that i would be getting my order very soon, however i placed my order on 12/08/2017 and and now receiving it on 12/26/2015. I can honestly say i think this is a normal time frame for me with shopping and shipping from any other company and i chose FN because of the fast shipping perks. But whatever i am happy now. I just wish they would let people know so they are not excepting then not receiving. Reading some of the reviews i see people haven't been receiving their items at all so i was worried and totally forgot about it and moved on. But never the less i received a conformation my order will be delivered today and im happy. The downside to it is i don't see the item i purchased on the site anymore so i am hoping they didn't just send me the next closest thing. Good luck everyone! I orderd from fashionnova for the first time in cybermonday. I got a dress that i was supposed to wear on a prom and 2pairs of jeans. My order came in like 30days... after the prom and the dress never came. One pair of jeans that i ordered was nice fit i ordered size 5 and the second pair that supposed to be boyfriend fit in a size 7 was more like size for 10year old girl. Fashionnova sended me a giftcard for the amount that i paid for the dress hovever There is no sale anymore and i have to pay shipping to Europe again... What the f***? Im never ordering from this brand again Maybe with the giftcard cause Im not getting my money back.

I have been ordering from this company for about two months. A friend recommended I try them to see what I think. I am not in the need for anything so I order a few things just to sampyle product. First of all they do not keep accurate stock. Secondly there 2 days shipping is very rare out of about 10 orders I only received a couple in 4 days never two days. Third my last order was placed on Nov 29 today is Dec 12 and my order is still saying unfulfilled. That is very bad service. One thing I can say is the product is good quality so if u don't mind waiting on your product or taking a chance that what u order maybe not be in stock once u placed yo order this is a great place to shop...
