I used to shop here all the time like 4 years ago and I used to get the clothing fast. It was always bad quality but super cheap because of the sales. You can always find the same clothes at rainbow and mad rag for cheaper. I ordered clothes on blk Friday and I wasn't getting no update sent them various emails and was just automated respondes, even wrote them on ig and nothing. Today they email me that they created a label more then half the stuff I got they don't have anymore more and they gave me store credit. I'm so upset won shop here anymore
First and LAST time ordering from this JOKE of a company. I placed an order on Nov 26th, 2017, spending $177 USD! My order has not even been fulfilled yet! I ordered the clothes specifically FOR MY BIRTHDAY (Dec 05)! If you have time and money to waste order from these people. THIS IS THE WORST F****** company EVERRRRRRRRR!
I will never again order from this site! Ordered a dress for an event this weekend and the Oder still hasnt been fulfilled! When I email them all I get is the generated emails in return, they never answer my question! I told them to cancel the order since it hasnt even been fulfilled and I no longer need the dress since it wont be here in time and they act as if they cant! Dont even try to call them because no one answers the phone ever! They will never get my money ever again!
I have ordered from this website three times in total now. Even though they sell what is IN i. E. bodycon dresses of all types, for the most part I have found that they are extremely cheaply made. I understand it is fast fashion, but the clothes are seethrough and the last dress I got the print was not placed like it was on the picture. I have also made a return before and they never issued it after I sent them about THREE emails. It had been about 2-3 months since I had returned it and customer service did not get back to me at all after my first email, it took two more angry emails to get a response.
Anyway, also dont expect to get your orders in fast especially after sale events. Some dresses might be worth the price tag, but 99% of their clothes look cheap, will not last and returns are a nightmare. I learned my lesson, and would rather pay a bit more for something that wont tear apart.
I placed an order with them end of November and paid for 2 day shipping. We are now going into end of December and i still have not received my order. I had ordered the clothes for a special event and now i am having to spend more money to buy other clothes. I sent them several email and i even requested a refund which they refused to process. This was my first time ordering from them and i Surely will never order again.

I placed my order on Nov. 24th through Amazon Pay with 2 day shipping and spent $138.55. I'm a normal broke college student, but I wanted new clothes for the winter so I saved money just to spend it here. I have yet to receive my items (as of Dec. 14th) so yesterday (Dec. 13th) I emailed them and asked for a refund. They emailed me back this morning and said that they had shipped my order however when I clicked it, it stated that they had only made the shipping label. I DO NOT WANT THE ITEMS I WANT MY MONEY BACK! This is ridiculous. I filed a claim with Amazon Pay and they said they'll let me know if I can get my money back by Dec. 23rd. All of this hassle just because I wanted new winter clothes.
This company has awful customer service! I would not recommend this company to anyone! I order 11/27, it's 12/14 and I still have not received my stuff. I have emailed them multiple times asking them to see if my order got lost or messed up, and I keep getting their generic email about the, "up to 7 days" delay. They eagerly took my money but refuse to respond to me properly. I am going to call them and try to get a human so maybe they can work out my problem for me. Don't waste your time or money with this business, there's cute stuff but you'll never get it.
I already hate the fact that they it arrives so late, on top of it their clothes have incredibly trashy quality, (forever 21 level) 2 things were already damaged and the shoes I wanted to return (because they were too small) cost me $44 to return so I ended up keeping them. Don't shop here save yourself the money and effort.

So I told myself to try this out. To my surprise, my expectations got surpassed by their excellent service! I later then knew that they offer a 2-3 day no shipping delivery. Wow, really good i tried it, must try!
