I placed an order 17 days ago and didn't get my stuff. The employees don't pick up the phone and they send generic emails. They don't care about their customers. Meanwhile, other online companies (Romwe, zaful) are across the world but I got my items in a week.

I will never order from them again. I spent $500 and I just disputed with my bank. I'm not sure how long it will take to get my money back either..

Duties are the same cost as your order. If you spend $100, expect to pay $100 in duty fees. Not worth it. When ordering online, just picture everything twice the cost. Might as well go to the mall and buy something.

However I will say that the clothes are great and they all came within 2 weeks. I may order again but be aware of the duties.
