Ordered first on 11/27 about a week later got an email saying thet were so overwhelmed working round the clock bull$@46 bull$#@= cancelled that order and attempted to order again because that is what my daughter wanted... still nothing but canned thanks love or thanks babe remarks and no package. FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB TODAY AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW THEY RESPONDED TO THEM SAYING IT IS READY TO SHIP. Well if it is ready to ship then they can certainly send it out tonight and we can have it tomorrow. Ridiculous.
Why can I not get my money back. I ordered and not only did it take forever but then they gave me store credit. Like no I want to take my money else where not feel like I'm forced to buy with yall. I should be able to go to another store where I can find the same clothes and it be available. Mind you when I ordered this it was in stock.
Like others, I understood that it could be UP TO 7 business days to ship. That means, worst case scenario, 7 business days. Here I am, like many others, well beyond that point and it hasnt been fulfilled yet. In this time frame, Ive seen them pay people on IG (with a huge amount of followers) to name drop them. They also sent out an email telling people to order a NYE dress. Are you kidding me? You cant even keep up with your orders as it is! Why pay to get more shoppers when youre clearly in over your head now? Imagine the poor people ordering NYE dresses for an event that theyll probably get in time for the 4th of July! As others stated, customer service is nonexistent.
I have only ordered from FN twice and I never had any issues. I placed a third order on November 18,2017 and today is December 26 and I still don't have my order. I did receive an order confirmation, but that was it. My order hasn't been updated to indicate any shipping details. I have emailed customer four times to only their automated responses, but they continue to send me emails to order from them... why in the hell would I do that?. I've searched the website high and low for contact information, but to no avail. I'm very confused because I ordered before Black Friday so they shouldn't have been overwhelmed with orders! If you are thinking about order from this site, I highly recommend you think twice.
No way to contact Fashion Nova! Just email that responds with automated responses! It has been more than 2 weeks since I placed an order more than 2 weeks before Christmas wirh a promise of 2 week shipping. And its Christmas Eve I still havent recieved my merchandise, a response, or an apology. Never again!
I ordered from here about a month ago... never received my package. I live in Turkey and according to their "tracker" the package is in Istanbul and status is "attempted customer delivery, customer not available--delivery rescheduled" for OVER 10 DAYS. And the address is my company address so it is impossible I was not available for delivery. Also, package is not even registered in the postal system here, which means that its almost guaranteed to not be here. Ive emailed customer service probably ten times, with either no response or "sorry nothing we can do". So ive wasted money for nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE LIVING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES.

I have not received a refund or any items I bought, losing $100. I'll never buy anything from this site again, they don't care about their customers at all.

Was also told I could return the order once I receive it (of which many items now say "sold out") for an instore credit. Now why would I want instore credit?
I love the clothes at fashionnova... i'm a curvy girl and order from a lot of places but I have had the most success with this site. I order clothes about every two weeks. Usually i get my clothes within 3-4 days (order on a Monday receive by Thursday or Friday) but around holidays the shipping speed goes waaaayyy down. I ordered some clothes on 12/14/17 and 12/16/17 which I haven't gotten yet! Well at least i didn't need them for Christmas. What I'm hoping is by the time they get to my order, the items aren't out of stock! They would have gotten 5 stars from me if their shipping was consistent because they're clothes are FANTASTIC for curvy girls!
Placed order on 12/09/2017 was suppose to be shipped 2 day. There was a warning that it may take 7 extra business days to receive package. Here it is 14 days later, still no package, and no answer to a email I sent inquiring about my package.

I met Fashionnova about one year ago and I was immediately surprised about cool dresses in perfect style, prices very cheap and shipping very fast. Customer care is very efficient always ready to solve your problems, payment is absolutely safe, site is easy to surf, easy to order and always full of great offers!
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
