Why can I not get my money back. I ordered and not only did it take forever but then they gave me store credit. Like no I want to take my money else where not feel like I'm forced to buy with yall. I should be able to go to another store where I can find the same clothes and it be available. Mind you when I ordered this it was in stock.

No way to contact Fashion Nova! Just email that responds with automated responses! It has been more than 2 weeks since I placed an order more than 2 weeks before Christmas wirh a promise of 2 week shipping. And its Christmas Eve I still havent recieved my merchandise, a response, or an apology. Never again!

I items from FashionNova 3 months ago and never received my order. When I tried to follow up with customer service they referred me to USPS, which has been zero help. I have not received a refund or any items I bought, losing $100. I'll never buy anything from this site again, they don't care about their customers at all.

Placed an order for my daughter's birthday December 6th. Never arrived for her birthday and will not arrive for Christmas either! Was told they couldn't cancel my order that still says unfulfilled. Was also told I could return the order once I receive it (of which many items now say "sold out") for an instore credit. Now why would I want instore credit?

Placed order on 12/09/2017 was suppose to be shipped 2 day. There was a warning that it may take 7 extra business days to receive package. Here it is 14 days later, still no package, and no answer to a email I sent inquiring about my package.

I ordered for Christmas and gave myself ample time as they said a max of 7 business days because of the holiday season and still am not going to receive my Christmas presents on time. Tried to speak with customer service. They are slow and did not resolve or rectify anything. Asked for a refund and they still shipped my products out and I never heard back from this company. Will never order from them again.
