Bad reviews can all go rot in hell. You can always get high quality premium grade clothing when you order here, in fashion nova. Upon arrival, i cant wait to open it! (I was like a lil kid back then, cringy!) And boom! There it is, complete, safe and sound ;)

The customer experience is the absolute WORST I have ever experienced. Order placed December 2nd, not apparently shipped until 12th! Tracking system ( don't make me laugh) last entry Dec 13th suggests it is still in LAX. I have emailed FN three times and nothing but a standard response 'expect delays'!
Well FN what I 'expect' is a personal, responsive and appropriate response to customer queries and delivery and tracking services that are real time. I also 'expect' to be in receipt of my goods by December 28th but you have managed to fulfill NONE of these reasonable expectations.
I won't be using or ordering from this 'outfit' again. The only thing they are consistent with is letting customers down and having the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in retail!

Stylish dresses are my preference and im glad that fn didn't disappoint, and i hope it'll always stay like this. Sales representative on phone is very courteous and generous, love talking to here. This is absolutely a good site to shop, not a waste of time.
Fashion Nova said my dress would have been processed no more than up to 7 days. Well it took 9 days and after I filed a BBB complaint all of a sudden it was supposedly shipped out and guess what still no dress over 4 days later. I need my dress by tomorrow because I am on a flight as of Friday morning. So guess what no use to me now and I want my money back and not a stupid gift card like they will try to give me so I can order something else from their ridiculous store that I want nothing more to do with. Do not order from this place. Boycott and put them out of business.
Also don't worry you can never get in touch with a live person but they are quick to take your money. Horrible place!
Place an order that was to be delivered in 2 day do to high demand they sent me an email to please allow up to 7 business day to receive my order it has been over 10 business days and the order status in their site show that my order has not been fulfilled yet how can I get my order if they don't ship it. Oh and good luck getting some one on the phone.
Slight improvements are visible including on the customer assistance section. I have experienced a little time of queue to get an assistant online and thats great for those girls like me who have a tight schedule. Looking forward for more improvements and less problem encounters. Thanks!
