Im a single mother and I need to allot more time for my daughter than anything else and fashion is at the very bottom. But with FN, everything changed as everthing also went very easy. I can shop dresses here expressly and receive them within a week without even leaving the house and my daughter. Fashion nova means a lot to me, specially their shipping that only tooks 2-3 business day to deliver.
They are all doing their jobs correctly, especially those in the customer service department. Problems are the very least thing I should ever worry about again. In the delivery side, hands down, best crew ever! They always look up that items are delivered on time and if not, coupons and other discounts are offered to customers which is a great way of reimbursing the time lost. They can be used in next transactions, actually. Thumbs up to the staff, keep on going.
Waiting will probably piss me off so I always order something from a site that deliverd as fast as the Flash himself! 3 days is the best I can get here but I can hear rumors that fn delivers their packages in just 2 days of wait time, probably the one that an online shopper would be happy about! I was excited to order from Fashionnova at first because I've always heard great things about their clothing. I ordered 2 pair of jeans and one fit fine, the other was terrible and did not look like the online picture at all. I decided to write a review stating my honest opinions only to notice that my post was later deleted. Also, they do not provide free returns therefore customers have to pay all shipping costs. If customers have to pay shipping costs for returns then it makes sense to give us our money back for the items. BUT NO, RETURNED ITEMS ARE GIVEN BACK IN STORE CREDIT. This company should be avoided all together, customer service is a joke to them.
The dress I have ordered can be laced perfectly around me meaning it fits me well. I also trust the brand and the material used that it will last long and wont break. Things like this is very important in fashion attire site and fashion nova has them all. Top it off with their shipping rate and their all good to sail!

Okay so honestly guys, your shipping is toooo good to be true so I highly doubt it at first but then as I use it, it seems like it is all worth! And whats more is that the red dress I have ordered was In great shape and doesnt have any defects or whatsoever, thats why Im thankful for FN, keep going guys!
The amount of collection and library of FN is astounding! I was even overwhelmed one time of the number of romper that are in their site. Anyways, I ordered a red one and proceeded to pay with my paypal. Payment and cash out procedure was fast and so does delivery. Two thumbs up guys

The romper and the dress I have ordered were both black and white and I think they would do good at casual walks. So surprise that it arrived it just two days in my indicated shipping address, almost seemed like a miracle?

The website says guaranteed 2 day shipping and its been 5 and my order hasnt even shipped yet. Never ordering from here again. 2 friends of mine had the sane problem as well. We all ordered with in 2 days of each other. Never again!

They do not give refunds for ANY returns! I returned items not removed from the package. They would not give me my money back, only store credit in the form of an e-gift Card. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. As consumers we need to shut down companies that steal from customers! Their clothing is low quality and cheap. The clothes dont look anything like what is advertised on their website.
I have made two purchases at Fashion Nova. Love their jeans, so I figured Id order two more pairs. The first order wasnt shipped for 2+ weeks because of the holiday rush- fine, they sent me a promo code apologizing for the delay so I thought that was nice customer service. My second order, however, was a mess. I ordered about 6 items and their website says it generally takes 24-48 hours to ship and if theres an issue, theyll let you know. Its been a week and no communication whatsoever. I emailed them asking what was happening with my order and have yet to receive a human response. I did, however, receive an automated email that I got a gift card...? Literally a week after I placed my order. No idea for what item and STILL no communication. No clue when my order will get here and no idea which items will be included... I like their clothes but this makes me never want to shop with them ever again. HORRIBLE, horrible service. Wake up, Fashion Nova.
Fashionn Nova is pretty much a scam. The dress I ordered was not to size, it was actually too big, and not to mention, not at all as described, it was cheap, and flimsy, - I originally asked them to cancel the order, because I was having some serious buyer regrets, but they didnt - in fact my items were received pretty fast - I asked if I could return the un opened package for a refund and they only sent me back automated messages.
I will definitely be reporting them to the BBB with a horrible review.
