I placed an order of over $100 with fashion nova, and did not receive one of the dresses that I paid $34.99 plus tax for. I contacted the company letting them know it was missing in my parcel, they refused to send me what i ordered and did not refund me. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Horrible customer service and it took them over a week to get back to me to tell me they are not refunding or sending the item missing.

I shipped my items back to Fashion Nova, December 26,2017, have not received my credit yet. I shop Fashion Nova frequently and never had a problem in the past. They tried to cheat me out of my full credit for a pair of boots and other items I ordered, took 2 weeks to reach me. I really don't know what's going on but, I think the company needs to evaluate how their business is handled and focus on better customer service.

Clothes are garbage! Cheapest quality! Sizes are way off? Colors are hideous! They must pay a fortune for the models as the clothing looks NOTHING like the website. Do not even think about ordering. AND it will cost you a fortune to return. I threw the entire order in the garbage

This company never sends out full orders you will have items missing instead of you getting a return for the amount you paid they stiff you and charge you partially for item and taxes. Enough is enough they also have worst return service and customer service.
