For example I ordered a red and white tracksuit, wore it once and washed it per washing instructions. Completely ruined as the white turned pink. I also ordered two pants same style just a different color. One fit the other was about two size different and Im not over exaggerating. The size charge they have is deceiving as many items I ordered didnt fit based on the chart. Tons of my money down the drain as they want you to pay tracking ro return items that are faulty or dont follow the online size

For two years and never been charged duty. I already pay the exchange rate and shipping but now i also have to pay taxes duty and brokerage fees. Not worth It especially not got the quality of their one wear items. They also advertise two day shipping or 5 days shipping etc. most my packages take apx 2-3 weeks and one took almost two months. Items have been ordered for events and vacations and havent arrived on time based on what they advertise. Ive contacted them several times about these last two packages where I have been charged brokerage and they dont respond. I emailed them 4 times. They dont answer the phone! They used to have amazing customer service, no brokerage on the items and I would get the items quick- not the case anymore. Will not be wasting my money ordering

Now, this is an honest one. Fashion nova isnt what those reviews tell! Shopping here is great and for a first-timer, they were user-friendly.
