The product I received was actually not quite like the product images that were displayed on their website. Despite these inaccuracies, I believe that the product is of nice quality for the price and I did talk to their customer service about it. They were very responsive to my emails and did a great job at finding a solution to my problems. Will be shooping with Fashionnova again

I wouldve given them 5 stars if they had better customer service. If something is in my cart quick response to remind me or send coupon. I love the styles I purchased 3 different orders two on the same day and one two days later. The 1st and 3rd order are fulfilled and and 2nd One Im getting no response back and I have a trip in 2weeks. At least have someone answering phones all automated. Get with the program hire people the company is now booming. Not pleased at all. I want my order or at least a response or store credit so I can reorder and then never purchase from them again. 2 star service with 5 star clothing. Thumbs down.

The store sells quality clothes, very affordable and they always offer good discounts. They have sexy, classy, bad and boujee e. T. c clothes their clothes fits any women of any size and shape. So this store really deserve a 5 star rating
I have been shopping through Fashion Nova for years, spending thousands of dollars, and for a while I would say they were 5 star worthy. But lately some of their clothes have not been great quality and I have returned (for store credit since they do not reimburse). That isnt is the reason Im writing this review, their processing time and shipping is why I have been so upset. My last few orders have taken at least a week to process, and have not shipped out in 2 days as they advertise. I have tried emailing and their responses are not personal at all- pretty sure it is an automated response. Over the years I have told so many people this is the best place to order clothes but sadly that is no longer the case.
The quality of the items I ordered far surpassed my expectations. In every way - this was a bargain and a benefit for our organization.
