I have tested some of their clothes and products and I can assure that they are always in great shape upon arrival and are all durable when used for a long time. I even paid extra money for the fast shipping option yet I still havent received my clothing. I would like a FULL refund in cash no gift cards or can I have my clothing before the end of the week. I like that the sizes are based on actual body measurements. The dresses and skirt my daughter selected fit her like they were made for her. Unfortunately, one item she selected was out of stock. However, their customer service rep offered an acceptable cash coupon for the purchase of another item, or two!
