So I should have come back a while and update this review. I did get a refund from that last incident as I filed a claim with Amazon because I had paid using AmazonPay. I decided to try Fashion Nova again. This time a smaller order just for the heck of it! I must admit that I do not regret giving them another chance. The jeans fit great with a lot of stretch and the tops were of a good quality. I've officially forgiven Fashion Nova.

The pants are so incredible they fit me impeccably and they have some extend I will be purchasing more pants from fashion nova again they are consistent with estimate i got a 15 and they fit like a glove cherish them they give me an exquisite shape I likewise obtained these in dark adore them you can get your standard size that you wear like I more often than not wear a 13 yet I suspected that would have been to tight so I ran with the 15 and they fit splendidly and they arrived in 2 days without bother.

I bought over 300$ worth of clothing from this site. Most of the outfits didnt make any sense! SO CHEAPLY MADE. For example I bought a jumpsuit but I had to CUT the top to get into It because It didnt zip or anything there was no way to get into It? Dresses were so short that if I moved you could see my underwear, dresses were so tight that I couldnt even bring It over my boobs. (im a skinny 120 pound b cup, nothing crazy going on here alright) And 2 items I ordered were in stock and then they send me an email saying they were out of stock and refused to refund me and gave me a gift card. I called customer service (which they suck by the way) and they wouldnt even give me free shipping. So youre telling me I have to pay for shipping again because of your mistake? Their excuse was well we have the clothing in a warehouse so we dont know how many items are left until the order is complete maybe you should fix that? Something is seriously wrong with these people lmao

I give people chances, now the first time they were late with my order after my event I understood, because of the Holidays. Now the order for daughter for a wedding just unacceptable. The wedding was 01/27/2018 I order 01/22/2018 I still to this day on 01/30/2018 have not gotten my order I am so disappointed in Fashion Nova I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT TO THINK. You say two to three day delivery but that is not true, just change the turnaround time or make it on time, this is false advertising. I really like Fashion Nova, but I am the type of person that will just stop ordering from a company just because I am afraid I won't get my order in time for my event. I will never order from you all again and then tell my friends not to order and then they tell their friends and then they tell their friends now what Fashion Nova out of business and now you all got to go under another name like Rosewe had to do please make changes so we can start back having faith in your company. Been waiting since October to order this dress for my event in Feb (it's been sold out), finally placed my order three weeks ago, never heard anything, and now finally after I call customer service after having emails ignored for the past few weeks, they decide to tell me the dress sold out so now they are cancelling my order even though i placed the order when the dress was in stock. Worst part is they won't even put me on a list to have this dress sent to me. I don't even want my money back I just want the dress I ordered and have been waiting months for.

I live outside of the states and what the company does not tell you is that their shipping fee doesn't cover the cost of customs... was asked to double the price of the package upon receipt. I refused to sign and the package was sent back, Customer Care basically said too bad and in order to have my money not thrown completely into the garbage I had to reorder and repay for the shipping fee that does not cover the custom cost that I will have to ay to get them... what a money grab
