I absolutely love Fashion Nova! As a young professional, I'm always looking for great clothes on a budget. That's where this little gem comes in. I ordered the high waist drawstring loose pants in grey and the lapel pocket blazer in black. Everyone in my office gave me so many compliments on my outfit. I usually have a problem finding pants that fit well but my drawstring pants fit perfectly. I will admit, I was a bit worried about the timeliness in which I would receive my order based on some of the reviews but I couldn't pass on great deals and chic clothes. Needless to say, my order was at my doorstep in 7 days, as promised. I've already started my summer shopping. My Fashion Nova cart is full of fabulous crop tops, cute denim shorts, and flowing spring dresses. This store has easily become my favorite.

I've ordered things from all over the world and NEVER have I experienced such incompetent staff. They don't actually respond to your questions and they don't take responsibility for their own mistakes. They don't answer phone calls, instead you stand in line without any perception of how long it will take, until they finally hang up after 20 minutes. Poor quality clothing and they put final sales on clothing and only offer E-gift cards instead of paying back costumers. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here!

I ordered a large order (over $250 CAD) in late September as i was going away at the end of October. I didn't receive ANY of my order until late November (so 2 months for HALF of my order to arrive). I contacted them immediately about the missing clothes and heard NOTHING from them until about a week ago. I waited 2 months to hear back from their "customer service department". They said that they couldn't speak to me unless i filled out an affidavit (a legal document). After that, they informed me that the clothes that i was missing had sold out and they would send me a gift card as a refund (not including the shipping fees, i lost that money). So overall - this had been an ongoing headache since September and it is now Feb. The clothes that i did receive were OK quality, but it wasn't at all worth the headache and literal loss of my money.

I wanted to be like Fashion Nova so bad but Ive only ordered twice and been disappointed both times. The first, I ordered a New Years dress almost 3 weeks in advance knowing most online retailers were having extended shipping times. 3 days before New Years I get an email after almost three weeks of no communication or replies to my emails, that my dress is sold out and they will be refunding my money. I had no time to order a new dress and they wouldnt respond to my email asking why it took so long to contact me. The second time I went in with low expectations but I got the items super cheap. The website said that everything operationally was back up to normal speeds and I should be expecting my package quick. Well two days later, after paying for 2 day shipping, my order havent even been fufilied much less shipped. After reading the automated email they sent when I inquired about my order, they said they were experiencing high volume of orders even though the website states differently. The 2 day shipping is also a bit of a false statement as I found out after researching. Apparently the item can take 48 hours to be fulfilled then two days shipment, THEN a possible 2-3 day delivery. So basically you pay for 2 day shipping and could possibly get your items in a week or more. Like I said I like the clothes and wish I had great things to say about the company but so far my experiences have been negative.

First things first, Fashion Nova has the most in fashion designs.It offers great quality, free shipping worldwide which is very important and also the items arrive on time! Last but not least, it is the only web store that offers jobs to their biggest followers as bloggers and as a feedback they give them some pieces of clothes for free. I am a blogger on Fashion Nova and I've taken almost 80$ clothes for free and the only thing I do is promoting some of their daily sales.
