First of all you cant cancel or change or refund ANY ORDERS, theyre playing with peoples money at this point and then they never email you back, I ordered two different things the same day one I got tracking info for the other I still have not and they promise 2 day shipping yeah right! They phone and email are automated u never get to speak with a real person they just hang up on you, I wont be ordering from here again

I have been buying clothes from Fashion Nova for two years. As the years progress they are getting worse with fulfilling orders slowest shipping possible. It has been 11 days and I havent recieved an order and another order says delivered and nothing was received. I dont know what kind of games they are playin g but they are becoming thieves. Two day shipping is a lie. I will no longer be ordering from them.

Ordered on 10/30 and no order update. Emailed and an automated response saying shipping will take longer due to new distribution center. Would be nice to actually speak to a representative...
