Been ordering any kind of stuff here in fashion nova and I am proud with it. My last order, as I can remember is a sleek shirt that has some prints with it, its actually not my style but I need to try new things. It arrived within just 3 days tho and that shipping time really makes me wanna stay for more.
I actually experimented a lot of styles by using fashion novas selection and they pretty much did the trick! I also find this easy to use since my ordered items comes by at my house for only 2 business days! It is actually the fastest online shop that can deliver at that time.

Everytime I've order something from Fashionnova it has always looked as the picture on the site. The pieces are really nice in real life and I have never had any problems. The service is good and have always answer me if I have had any questions.

Lie about shipping times, false advertisement! I ordered stuff got receipt on the 9th with 2 day shipping. Still have not received. I planned to give as a gift for Valentines Day but had to go to store and get something else. I will call customer service see what they can do. I def will not buy from them again unless they make it right. I will update

I ordered a hoodie for my daughter from this site. It did take a couple days to receive my order The clothing sizes run small so be prepared for that. Order large. The clothing is good quality and my daughter absolutely loves them!
The item got delayed for a few hours but thats okay, things like that happens sometimes. When the item got delayed, I immediately contacted their customer support and they answered right away. Im really happy with my experience here in Fashion Nova.

I quickly contacted their customer support on phone and to my surprise, they answered immediately. They asked about my shipping details and they quickly followed and looked up my order. They were very sorry about the delay and promised that my item will be here on the 4th day. It really did! And I was really relieved.
It was worth the risk. I admit that I had doubts when I first encountered their site but I mean why not give it a try? So yeah, did tried it and now, currently planning to have a 3rd upcoming order. My first two we're great, both arrived on the promised date given and both came within good packages. If you're unsure then, I urge you to give it a try!
Zero stars. Basically, I ordered over $300 worth of clothing and was promised free 2 day shipping since my order was over $75.
Well, that was February 4th. I received a tracking number on February 5th. It's now February 13. When I track the number provided, it states that a shipping label was created but USPS has not received the items to actually ship them. The website states to reach out to the retailer. So I reached out to the retailer and guess what they said... "Your items have been shipped, you'll receive an update within 24-48 hours from the time the label was created". Well Fashion Nova, it's now been well over 168 hours. Ridiculous and unprofessional. I bet all of the "Instagram Models/Influencers" receive their items immediately. News Flash FN, your influencers won't matter if you don't provide good service to your customer base. Furthermore, promising 2 day shipping and advertising it on your website knowing that you can not fulfil and ship items within 2 days is against the law. It's called FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
I literally surf fashion nova everyday to spot some new and great deals. Am I addicted though? Well, regardless, i have been ordering a lot of stuff from them and I'm really happy with all of it. 2 day shipping was also a bonus.

I started shopping at fashionova when they first came out. I live in Mass and they are in Cali. I would order something and it would come in within three days. Since they've gotten big they've been messing up big time. It's literally a hit or miss. I've had three horrible experiences last year and vowed I'd never shop with them again. Of course being the female that I am, I literally purchased a dress today giving them a final chance. Hopefully, my experience isn't bad for the fourth time. Honestly, shop at your own risk!
