Lots of great looking items. Some clothes can be on the more expensive side, but most are reasonable. Sometimes clothes can look better in picture than in real life, but that's natural from online shopping, so it's good to always check the pictures and look at the materials carefully. I've been a returning customer since October 2011, this is my 6th purchase with Fashionnova. So yeah, I've always bought from them every single month ever since I knew about this website. Hassle-free, I have no problem with them so far. Customer service was very good too, they were very prompt every time I inquire about something. And shipping is very fast too! It usually takes 3-4 days to ship. Shipping is free to when you purchase above $150. Looking forward for my next purchase soon.

I've had the worst experience with this place. I placed an order and when I received my order they sent me the wrong item. Naturally I emailed them(since that's the only way to get ahold of them) and not only did it take them DAYS to reply back they wanted me to return the wrong item in order for them to send me the item I actually ordered. I expressed that it's clearly on their fault and they should just send me the correct item and face up to their mistakes. But, they did not. They said that they won't be sending me anything until I send them the item they sent by mistake. I've never had such a horrible experience before. Last time I checked customer satisfaction should be a business' number 1 priority especially when they were the wrong ones.
I've ordered from this site several times, and the only problem I've ever had is that they sometimes don't have everything they say they do. I've had a few items cancelled, but they reimbursed me in full every time, so it wasn't really a problem. U.S. Shipping time can be pretty long, but it's understandable. A little expensive, but good quality for the price, and everything is super cute. I would definitely recommend this site.

I accidentally made the same order twice and immediately emailed to have it cancelled Nd be refunded. Thats when I was introduced to their return/cancellation policy. They say they cannot cancel and order because its immediately fulfilled and they cant stop the process once its been started). Seriously? 5 minutes after I hit the proceed with order button? And then 3 days later I get an email response saying that I can return the order once I get it and get a gift card aka store credit. NO! Ive purchased what i wanted! I want my money back that was unnecessarily spent! I spent a total of $100 on a $45 order! They should be able to see that its a duplicate order and stop it from going thru! Now, I have to PAY just to return this package that I never wanted! I called amazon pay to see if they can help and they are filing a dispute on my behalf. Amazon is aware of their bad behavior and I wouldnt be surprised if they dropped them Soon!
Its outrageous that they basically have no customer service and the emails that u get are fully automated. They should have the money to hire a big customer service staff! They have 10 million followers on Instagram as they keep bragging about! Hire some of them!
To make matters worse, once I got my duplicate packages, I tried on the clothes, they all were in the same size (small) and they all fit very differently. One dress is too big and one outfit is wayyyy too small, I couldnt get the waist band over my thighs! And guess what? Cant return it if I wanted to because its a final sale item- which they didnt specify on the website. That also means the duplicated pieces in the other order wont be able to be returned, even though I havent opened the package because 2 of them are final sale! Highway robbery!
Fashionnova has so much variety and is so on trend that I knew I would regret if I did not make my purchase immediately. I wish it wasn't as expensive and hope that the quality is worth the money (and wait).
There's a great variety of products on the website. Sometimes the quality doesn't match the price, which is why a star was took off.
It has to be a way that they can be reported I'm going to do some research and call the Better Business Bureau Monday because I'm in the same situation as a lot of these reviews that I just read and if I would have took the time to read the reviews before I spent my money I would have never done something so stupid as to where I can't speak to a customer service representative about my order or get my cash refund back apply to my card. The saying goes there's a first time for everything but this is my last also... smmfh

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
