First of all they have very cute selections at decent prices... so what's the problem? EVERYTHING is always soldout and I'm not even exaggerating. I'm a size small so that's the first to go. But what really pissed me off was the fact that I order an item that they claimed was in stock and was excitedly waiting for it to arrive. I even had plans to wear it this Saturday as it's St. Patrick's day then all of a sudden I got an email stating that I would get a refund since apparently that item is out of stock? But my question is if it was out of stock to begin with why did they even confirm my order? It's absolutely ridiculous. They gave me a 30% coupon code but I doubt i'm ever going to use it since apparently, they don't know how to be organized and count their inventory.

I purchased two items from fashion Nova and returned the item for 39.99 and only recieved a 12.99 credit. They requested tracking information, pictures of the item I still have in my possession. I submitted all the neccessary information and they still have not resolved the issue. This is ridiculous to cheat your customers. The last two weeks they have had issues updating you on your orders etc. They said their system was being overhauled. Well make sure your system doesnt screw your customers over

I just LOVE the styles Fashionnova provide! But since I'm short and petite, I have a hard time not being able to buy the clothes that I like since they'll be big on me :( And the express delivery was quite good too, I guess 2 weeks of waiting time is kinda normal for international delivery (I think) but I was kinda hoping that it'll be shorter (since I'll be super excited after purchasing them). Even with all those cons, I still love Fashionnova! Can't help it but I think I got addicted to viewing Fashionnova everyday! I hope I'm not the only one here!

Fashionnova is a beautiful site, with some sweet features I miss while browsing on other pages. It looks interesting, is interesting, it simply delivers. However, the total delivery time is a tad slow, and since Fashionnova seems to have had the same great page for some time now, it's maybe time for some nice new features to come, perhaps something to help the customers find what they like, or help them find something they will like. However, Fashionnova is still number one!
They don't work fast enough on giving you you're money back, your best bet would be calling your bank. The clothes sometimes come with a very funny smell, the size is very odd, and the material on some items are very cheap. I would say do a return or exchange but you will have to pay for the package to be sent back and you won't get your money back just credit.
