I can't wait to received my orders, I went to an fashion clothes & dress shop last week and all the dresses are plain and expensive thank God I found this website and I found lots of cute and adorable dresses i bought 8 of them right away, can't wait to wear them on spring and summer time... Fashionnova has various cute outfits but I think it is slightly overprice, considering the quality for some. Example, paying $50 for a cotton shirt. I'm always buying items on sale so it'd be good if there were more sale promotions.

Fashionova are very quick to take your money and ship out, however maybe you have an issue with the order? You can suck salt. All of their rules are for their benefit and their benefit only. Ordered something and its not available? Gift card. Bought something else and forgot to input gift card? Sorry too bad. Do not call or email us because thats more money that you didn't plan on giving us that we intend to keep regardless of how you feel about it! Poor poor poor!

Fashion nova stores ALL look neglected and customer service is awful. I bought so many clothes online and returned what didnt fit to the monte bello mall, only to be told i could only use my credit in stores... wth? Its not like i was asking for the money in return, i just do not think it is fair to not allow someone to choose from the clothes online. Especially while all the stores only have tacky clothes and not many dress options. Also, the customer service is always rough, with the exception of 1 lady in the monte bello store. Her name was Vivian and she was working on 02/17/2018. As upset as i was, her pleasant demeanor was refreshing.
I like there clothes a lot, but if you have any issues don't expect them to be resolved in a timely manner. You can email them and they will take three days to reply, but expect your issue to not be addressed in said reply. They sent me a pair of work out pants that were see-through so emailed them with pictures of the pants and asked for a return shipping label so I could ship them back to them and receive store credit. I'm not going to pay the shipping for an item that is of subpar quality. So they reply and say "we're sorry, here's a coupon." Ummm no? I paid real, tangible money for something that is of terrible quality, so you want me to take a coupon that I can only use to buy MORE stuff. What about the pants you sent me that I already spend money on and can't do anything with?
I've had issues with them before and sadly, it has happened again. This may be the last time I buy anything from them.
