Worst Customer Service I've dealt with in a long time. I ordered my items on February 20th with the free 2-day shipping. Now I know myself that 2-day shipping doesn't necessarily mean that I will get it in 2 days but it at least is processed and ready to ship in 2 days which means I should have it in about a week. It is now March 15th almost a month later and I still have not received my order. It has not been prepare nor has it been shipped. Emails are replied with generic responses and no real answers to what's going on with my package my next step would be disputing the charge with my credit card company (which I should have already done) and Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. This is absolutely ridiculous. I generally love their clothes but with service like this I will never shop with fashion Nova again. Maybe if I was a "celebrity" I would be treated differently but this is no way to treat a paying, once loyal customer. I'm absolutely disgusted with their service.
I ordered a dress off of their website for my upcoming prom, and the dress was listed as in stock. Two days after ordering (mind you thats theday when it was supposed to arrive) i get and email saying my dress was not in stock and that i would get an e-gift card in return for my non-existent dress. I do not want an e-gift card to this scam of a site, i want my money back so i can buy a REAL prom dress. Dont order from this site. All theyll give you if THEY mess up your order is a gift-card to buy more of their shoddy items! Save your money!

The wrong size and immediately returned it using the instructions that they gave me. They received it on January 26th - I have contacted them by phone several times and emailed several times asking for a partial refund of $22 on the items I returned out of a $100 total order. They have ignored all of my requests by email and never answer the phone - I emailed them again telling them I was going to do a charge back on the entire order if they did not respond and they obviously do not care, lol.
GREAT BUSINESS MODEL - let a customer do a chargeback for $100 plus a $50 fee they will incur for a chargeback. Credit card processors do not want to see chargebacks to your account in excess of 2.75% typically or they will raise your processing fee sky high or just cancel your credit card processing account. I suspect with customer service of this quality, they cannot afford many more charge backs as this seems commonplace to them. STAY AWAY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TOTALLY IGNORES CUSTOMERS AFTER THE FACT OTHER THAN SENDING OUT CHILDISH MARKETING EMAILS DESIGNED FOR AN 8 YEAR OLD. THANKS FOR THE FREE CLOTHING! I DON'T FEEL BAD ONE BIT AFTER I TOLD YOU FOR 3 WEEKS THAT I WAS GOING TO DO A CHARGEBACK IF YOU DID NOT CONTACT ME
Cheap fashion style that you can't find in US shops. Quality is MEH but you get what you pay for... just like others and the like. I'm usually only 50% satisfied with my orders but i still order from here. So i guess i like this website.
Great selection, a good place to look for interesting clothes. The organization could be a bit better: some items, it's unclear what's being sold or what the look is like it can be difficult to search for specific items without going through numerous pages. Can be time consuming to find what you want, but it's overall satisfactory.
It's a legit website, just have to be patient with your items as they may take up to weeks to get at your place! Beware that if you want cheap cheap items, you're going to get low quality. There will always be items that look great on picture, but not so good in real life when you get it. Choose wisely, and there are some great brands on there! :D
