I really liked the things I ordered from fashion nova. They are exactly how the picture looks like. The fabric is good and comfortable. I am a person with long torso so its hard finding the type of clothing I like but on this site, there are many different types of clothing to match different types of people. This site is really worth shopping on. I recommend to any new comers to buy from this site. It's safe too, considering I ordered from three times already.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FASHION NOVA! I ordered stuff worth $300 and had to wait two weeks just to get it so when I finally decided to open the package everything was there EXCEPT for a missing item because I ordered a SET which means two pieces and two of the other items were NOT as described! I have made countless phone calls, messaging their Instagram and Twitter and have pictures and screenshots of everything from 12 pm - 5 pm, & reached a manager at the customer service line and explained to her the situation. She guaranteed me a $20 store credit along with a overnight credit because I had an event to go to the next day! I have NEVER received the promised credit so I was highly pissed and called the actual store itself to reach a lady that has tried to help me & I am still to this minute waiting on my $20 store credit and promised over night shipping! Will NOT be ordering from them ever again even the Better business bureau has a low rate for them!

I bought a matching set, top and bottoms. The bottoms turned up with a giant cut in them. After much back and forth they expect me to pay $25 to have the item resent. All their clothing is cheaply made and falls apart. Customer service sucks. An absolute JOKE of a clothing shop.

Terrible return policies, horrible customer service. Ordered boots with plenty of time for my daughter for a special event. FN sent two totally different sizes. I wrote their service department an email asking if they could quickly send me the right size. They responded asking for a picture of the boots, showing the sizes. I did, thinking they would replace the wrong one. After providing the pic, they wrote back stating that I had to ship both back together, wait for it to arrive, get a credit from them, then start over by re-ordering the boots and hoping that we get the right size. I complained and asked to be contacted by a manager. Manager never responded. I sent the shoes. Weeks went by. No credit. I emailed again with the shipping number and the responded that the shipment has not yet been received by them. Followed up with USPS and was told that it was delivered 9 days ago. Am now sitting on hold with their service department desperately waiting for some kind of decent service. Oh, it just dropped my call.

Never ever ever again.

This was my first time ordering from Fashion Nova... I placed an order last night 3/22/18@ 1:44am with 14 items all of which said they were in stock at the time of purchase... less then 12 hours later I received notification that my entire order was being refunded and I wasnt given a clear reason why, something about them not having items in stock to be shipped right away (the entire order suddenly not available? REALLY?) In the email Fashion Nova pretended as though they were going to make this up to me by giving me free shipping and 30% off both of which I had already received in the initial order.
After submitting my purchase I got curious and began reading reviews for Fashion Nova and to be honest I got so worried that this was going to be a scam after reading a ton of negative reviews; and then all of sudden as Im still reading reviews I get this notification from them... So I hoped it would be different, but I guess Im not surprised. I have no idea how you guys are in business... Honestly I have never ever seen so many bad reviews. I am definitely not going to purchase anything from this company ever!...

As a first time customer, I was unaware of the sizing and the site said "Easy Returns" so I went for it anyway. I purchased 7 items total, not bad for a first timer. I needed to return 2 pair of pants and a pair of shoes, store credit would have been great; I could have found plenty of other things to replace what didn't fit.

ANY items ending in $. 96 $. 97 $. 98 are NON-Returnable and Final Sale (even though it doesn't say final sale on the packing slip next to the items). Of course the items I needed to return ended in these amounts. I emailed my concerns and customer service showed no empathy and said a restocking fee would apply only allowing 50% of the return... I'd loose $30 just because they didn't fit...

Moral of the review: Check the price before purchasing! Sale items are final sale! I probably will not continue business with fashion nova due to lack of customer service and non-easy returns.

Ive ordered from fashion nova twice. 1st time I got some nice clothes although the sizes range ridiculously. I was a small in 1 dress and an extra large in a romper and a medium in yet another dress. The second order has been ignored and my attempts to contact them are unseccessfull. My order still shows it hasnt even been shipped (order#*******). It has been almost a month. Im going to have to go to my bank and dispute the charges.
