I am so happy I stumbled across this site! I no longer have to make myself a huge list of things to get when I go back home. I can't wait to try some of the new items I've been wanting to try and get the items I already love as well!

Great deals and clothing but quality regulation is not the best... clothing some times comes close to picture seen but with some minor detail off or stitching is off. But in the end overall product is good

Products are always great quality, with pictures and reviews provided to help decide! Sometimes the orders take a long time to be shipped out. I ordered a few things over one month ago now, and the order still hasn't been shipped out yet because of an item still waiting to be stocked, despite it having had been stocked when I ordered it. Other than that, orders usually arrive without hassle or long wait and I've loved shopping from this store for a long time and will continue!

They are useless, cant even issue me my voucher as they didn't ship me my item and I have been waiting for 2 months now. Instead of giving me my credit note they are telling me to spend my money again but they will give me 30% off. LOL I DONT WANT A DISCOUNT I WANT MY MONEY AND THE ITEMS I ORDERED
I made a Fashion Nova purchase back on February 25,2018 at 09:09AM, and I have yet to receive my items. I have sent numerous emails regarding this matter and all I receive in return is automated emails. I have made phone calls and nothing. This is unbelievable... yet they are still promoting one day shipping. I can honestly say I will never shop here again they have lost a very loyal customer. NEVER AGAIN!
I purchased a blouse type bodysuit and it had a huge hole along the side when I received the package (that looked like it had been previously opened). My theory was that this was previously tried on and returned and resold as a final sale item. I contacted FN and was told that it had to happen during shipping (HOW?) and that I basically needed to handle it with them - although the outside packaging was completely fine. So basically they washed their hands of the issue. POOR customer service. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I buy anything from this scamming company.
So I bought a pair of $30 stretchy jeans and not only am I out of my money, but I'm stuck with jeans that reek of embalming fluid! Yes, did my research and that's what they use. I washed the jeans 4 times, tried everything, nothing has worked. Worse case is the chemical smell is heat activated so I can't machine dry them or wear them never of body heat. People please do your research before buying from them. Not only are they scamming people, but who knows where these items come from or why they use all these chemicals. Please beware! Your body will obsorb the chemicals from these jeans and cause health problems!
The shoes were stylish and affordable; I looked at a few websites and found comparable shoes but definitely not at the low price of basically $20 after deals and etc. I'm Asian and would definitely recommend their products!
The items and clothes they have are almost the same as the picture. BUT sometimes clothes can be difficult. Like the SIZE or color or etc. can be different from what you expect. But other than that, I think the accessories or items they have is good.
