I ordered stuff off this website 2 weeks ago expecting it to come in before when I need them which is in 2 days and I still haven't received my items. Their website guarantees 5-7 day shipping to Canada and when it took longer than that I sent them an email asking why it took so long and they were not helpful at all. I'm sure their clothes is nice and all but customer service is absolute trash.
Yeah the clothes are usually cute but their shipping is so wrecked. Sometimes I get my order in 4-5 days sometimes I don't get it till 2-3 weeks later. If you're going to try to grow your company and gain more customers, make some damn improvements. This has been an issue I and many other customers have had since the beginning of the company.
I will never buy from here and discourage others to do so. I ordered a dress and received a final sale crop top instead. I followed return instructions that were sent to me in the package and mailed the item back along with the postcard where I had to mark the reason why. In return I received way less store credit than what i paid for and still no dress. I contacted customer service and she keeps asking for a picture of the incorrect item even though I told her three times already that I mailed it back. If taking a picture was a part of the return policy it should have been indicated in the instructions, but it was not. I still do not have my money back or my dress. This has been the worst online shopping experience they just stole my money
They have pretty much any product I'm searching for, cute clothes, and accessories. It's pretty easy to get discounts with it. The only gripe would be that sometimes the clothes aren't what the pictures look like but that's the clothing brands' fault.

I've ordered from this net site a few times now. Everytime the package full of clothes and other items arrives, I get really happy. I think I've disappointed only once in an item, and that was my own fault because I hadn't checked the size information. I always look forward to needing new clothes, so that I could once again shop online on fashionnova.com! It's definitely my favorite place to purchase clothes in!

I really don't write reviews so far i have about 10 outfits from fashion nova and I love each and every one. The quality is great and the prices are reasonable every time you buy something the packages comes with a 30 % off coupon. I have to worn you tho fashion nova has no such customer service you will never get a real person on the phone. So forget about asking a question. If you return an item you will get store credit they respond pretty quickly for that I'd say about a week to see your store gift certificate number on your email. Before buying something always read the reviews most of their things are true to size...
