I've been using Fashionnova for 2 years now. Although my style has changed throughout the years, fashionnova has always provided a wide range of different styled clothing. Sometimes the pricing for certain clothing are a bit high and there are repeat items. Also, some clothing go out of stock after a certain period of time. However, despite there being a few negatives to the online site, it is a great place to shop for fashionable clothing.

Must admit it took over a year for me to place my first order because I was nervous about fraud, but they are absolutely a trustworthy site. Quality is as to be expected, pay attention to where the items are coming from. Good source for overseas items. Prices of some items definitely are higher than I can find elsewhere, but I would still highly recommend this site. No complaints; hope the second order is just as good as the first.

So, let me start by saying how excited I was about ordering from Fashion Nova. I placed 2 separate orders back to back. I received my first package and loved everything. The second package, I wasn't to happy with 3 out of 5 things I orderd. So I sent them back. Firstly, i didnt like that after spending all that money, you have to pay for shipping. Secondly, the policy states that after 5-7 business days a E-Gift will be emailed to you. IT NEVER HAPPENED! They claimed they never received my package, which per my tracking number from the post office, it was delivered 2 days after i shipped it! Customer service is horrible because its via email! And its days after you write them. Also, its several different people, never the same. They ask you to send pictures, tracking numbers and order numbers! Like, how dont you have this information already! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY! I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY 75 DOLLAR CREDIT OR SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON! I DID A REVIEW ON MY INSTAGRAM AND THEY BLOCKED ME! BE SMART. SHOP ELSEWHERE. I ASK THAT EVERYONE WHO HAS HAD ISSUES WITH RECEIVING THERE PRODUCT OR MONEY/E-GIFT CARD GO ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS AND BLAST THIS MEDIOCRE STORE! I AM PISSED! $75 DOLLARS IS ALOT WHEN YOU HAVE 5 KIDS AND RARELY SHOP FOR YOURSELF AND WHEN YOU DO, YOU GET SCREWED AND ARE GIVING THE RUN AROUNDS!

I ordered a dress on Fashion Nova and had it shipped to my apartment. When I got the email saying that the dress was delivered, I checked everywhere I possibly could but I couldn't find it. I emailed Fashion Nova asking for help and they told me they couldn't refund it, and the only way for me to get my money back was to file a claim with their shipping service. So far, I have concluded that their customer service sucks. It took them several days to reply back to me, and after filing the claim and sending it to them, it has been another several days and they won't respond. I won't be ordering here again.

I ordered 2 pairs of jeans based on their chart, both same size, 1 fitted perfectly and the other was about 2 sizes down - they both were size 1X. I asked them 3 times how could it be and that it means something wrong with the pants, and if I can get the shipping fee back when I return it, but they answered me weird answeres like what should I do if I don't like the pants and never got a real answer from them. I retruend the pants and got a credit store! They don't do refunds! What store does that at 2018?! I will never buy there again.

I give fashion nova one star because I ORDERED clothing from their website. I received a email that it's out for delivery by the end of the day. I checked the mail slot no delivery. The post office said it was delivered. So fashion nova has taken the stance that it's not their responsibility anymore. What do you mean? Did Fashion Nova receive my money from the bank before I received my package yes. What is wrong with you people? Did I pay for shipping of my package yes. Everyone knows that the ups are known for losing packages. FASHION Nova's suggestion is to call the post office ask my neighbors in the neighborhood etc. I don't know my neighbors. Why are you assuming that people in my neighborhood are honest enough to give me my package that the ups has put in their mail slot. You all at Fashion Nova are neieve. U know what I'm going to do I'm going to contact my bank and request a refund. No package means you aren't getting paid.
