There's nothing more annoying than late or unpredictable shipping estimates, but Fashionnova provides them to you. I know when I can expect my shipment and sometimes they even come sooner! I love that! Their website is very organized, so i find just what I want in whatever color I want every time.
Never shopping at Fashion Nova again. They took 3 weeks to get my orders to me, by then I was in Asia and I purchased the clothes for my Asia trip.
By the time I got back home it was past their 30 day Return period and they refused make an exception and let me return anything for full price, even though 80% of the clothes fit horribly.
I spent 60 minutes on hold waiting to speak to someone, when I finally spoke to a customer service rep she just kept reciting the policies over and over again saying that if I didnt return my order in 30 days I couldnt get a full refund. I asked her to have a manager call me back within 24 hrs and its been a week now.
How are they supposed to run an online clothing company where I cant try the clothes on, they take 3 weeks to get it to me and expect me to return it a week later? That was for a $500 order and Ive bought lots from them before. They have no customer loyalty whatsoever.
The worst part isnt even that I didnt have the clothes for my trip, now Im stuck with $400 worth of clothing that I cant wear. I feel like I got suckered by their fake Instagram marketing.
