They sent me the wrong item! A size 3 in jeans. I ordered a LARGE jumpsuit. They have the worst customer service (No live agents, just emails). They never respond to anything. People spend lots of money with this company, they should be ashamed of how they handle disputes. I am filing a dispute with my bank.

Fashion Nova sent me a dress in the incorrect size... I ordered another dress... Same exact problem! And of course... Customer Service is a joke... They took my money. TWICE!

Do NOT buy from them. They would give you store credit when you do a return in addition to you paying for shipping. That does not make any sense

I believe every girl should at least own a good pair of fur boots. Especially during winter now, FN boots are very convenient for the season. They have soft soles and are very light, too.

First off, my order was lost. It took a whole month to get a gift card. And when I did replace my order the online section would keep putting in the wrong size for my clothes. When I thought I finally got it to stay to what size I wanted and confirmed my order, it changed it back to a different size. Will never shop here again, such a pain of a company.
