Lots of choices, if there is a complaint it would be that there are too many to choose from. The size/color option was a bit confusing, had to wait for the page to reload your choice before you could add it to the shopping cart. But overall it was a good experience

I think what I love the most is that the clothing selection has it's own theme, but still manages to have a huge variety at the same time. I was able to find cute, casual shirts on page, and then elegant and formal dresses on another. As a girl who loves to rock a range of fashion styles.

I have made several purchases on Fashionnova. Some of the products are disappointing and lacks quality, but their customer service is superb. They handled my issues and complaints very well.

What I would like to see improvements on is whether items are in stock or not, or at least how many are left. I get disappointed whenever I have an eye on a particular item only to see that it is no longer available 2 days later. That would be much appreciated :)

Honestly it can be daunting to order merchandise unseen from brands you had never previously heard of, but fashionnova makes the shopping experience very smooth and easy. If you actually look at the product dimensions and materials, look at all the photos, and read the reviews, you can get a pretty good idea of how well the product will fit you and how good the quality is.
