I ordered one item from Fashion Nova April 1st. It's May 1st now and I still haven't got what I paid for. Customer services basically suck and all you get in an automated response back. I'M NEVER ORDERING FROM FASHION NOVA AGAIN!
I placed an order on April 7 and I never received an email saying my order was in its way or anything. Ive been waiting its now may and I have no answer or solution from them I tried contacting them but they always send me to there $#*!ty machine that helps in absolutely nothing! Horrible experience! So basically they just took my money and i never got my items!
I purchased two items on March 30. The item was not delivered citing wrong adress although the address was correct. I contacted fashion nova via email and phone and i have no recieved any help. When I call no one ever answers no matter how many times I try different chanels to speak to someone it is always automated and directing me to there useless online resolutions. They have responded to some emails with an automated reply telling me they will give me a credit for my item which they have no done! It is now May and i ordered my product in March and there has been no resolution. I want my money back or items. Worst online experience ever!
I have been asking and questioning my order whereabouts to fashion Nova, because the tracking order hasnt changed for about 1 month at the time, yet they asked me to reach the shipping service by my self. At first i did reach the shipping delivery services, asking about my order and so forth, but I did not receive any kind of definite answer and was being hanging, just like that. So, I reached back to Fashion Nova once again. (To be honest, BOTH OF THEM ARE VERY SLOW TO RESPONSE MY EMAIL.) They keep asking me to reach the shipping service. That moment I thought to my self, I AM THE BUYER RIGHT? WHY DO I HAVE TO TAKING CARE OF THIS THINGS WHILE IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE THEIR JOB TO PLEASE ME AT THE FIRST PLACE.
I have asked them for a refund, but not sure whether they are gonna give it or not.
In all honestly there clothes is AMAZING, but AS SOON AS IT gets to you 3 - 4 weeks later its got holes its always something wrong with them. I normally get responses from The F. N team but its never helpful because you gotta wait another 24-72 hrs for there unhelpful replies. On the home page it says fast international shipping etc I think with $10 or whatever but it takes longer ive Had orders that have arrived later than said. AS IF it takes 3-7 weeks to fly from America to Australia I will never understand. Nice clothes but $#*! quality & communication. Might as well down the prices if we keep receiving holey clothings that we paid for plus tax
Hit or miss with these people some times you get your outfit and great! I sent a return in they refunded half my return for half the amount then said they lost the rest of the return! Proceeded to ask me to prove that I infact returned my items so asked for my receipt from USPS I stated I no longer had it and they kept asking for it. More or less its like a recording answering me through email. I said how did you refund some of a return makes no sense! Then I went to use the balance they refunded me and the e-gift card was empty yup so I lost about $65 not much to some but I work hard. I wont be ordering from them anymore and to add theres no number to call!
I have bought 3 dresses the first package one of the dresses had holes on each side. The second package NEVER arrived to my house. I am currently still waiting on. I got the dresses for a wedding and ECPECTED FAST DELIEVERY. Worst mistake ever. I have emailed them since there is no land line. I get no response or email back. The worst place to ever shop online.
