I always come back to Fashionnova and there are sales almost every day. You should know that Fashionnova holds products from other companies too- some clothes might not be what they seem but it rarely happens and there are a lot of reviews to help you figure out if its worth it or not. Its really not Fashionnova's fault.

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Fashion Nova. I was so excited to try their clothes because I follow many of the beautiful plus size models! I ordered a pretty girl crew tee in 1x, color black and received a red 3x! I have the email confirmation tht it was supposed to be black and 1x. The making memories teddy I ordered came in XL instead of 1x. I sent an email about it since they wouldn't call me back after leaving a message and was referred to the return policy which requires we pay the shipping and the teddys are not returnable. This policy would only be acceptable if I ordered something I decided I didn't want or I chose the wrong size myself. BUT, in this case, I was expecting one thing and got something COMPLETELY different and cannot get anyone live to work with me. So sad because i admired this company and followed them on social media. Then, when I finally choose to purchase from them... this happens.
I ordered 3 pairs of jeans for my daughter and received a totally different color from what we order. We love FashionNova and have ordered many times. But I have to say that we were so unsatisfied with this purchase. When we received the jeans we notice that they are the same jeans you find in Rue21, Rainbows, and a few different stores for a lower price. Jeans were not the colors we ordered AT ALL! If you show a color send the color. So unhappy with this purchase. Also, Customer Service is impossible to get through. You call and they never answer you send an email and they get back to you days later. Please send the same color jeans the customer request PLEASE.
I placed an order with them that was over $200.00, I have ordered from them before with no issues. BUT this time I got a chance to see how the business actually deals with a problem. My package stated delivered on the tracking information, however my package was not in any place that I could find. I reached out to the company, and they got back to me about 3 days later letting me know that basically once the package says delivered it's out of their hands. Clearly the package isn't in anyone's hands, especially not mine otherwise I wouldn't have wasted my time reaching out to you. Even after the 3 days I STILL do not know where this package was delivered. If it did happen to be delivered to another neighbor then they most certainly must be enjoying my jeans. As much as I am grateful they did not go to waste, I am not amused with the idea that there was nothing I could do about this. They didn't even offer an online credit, not a coupon NOTHING. I have ordered from them before like I said but no more. This review in no way reflects the representative that responded to my email but to the company as a whole. If you want to keep your business going you do need to be more mindful when it comes to dealing with issues. I am extremely disappointed with the way this was handled. Please shop someplace else to get your items, like with a company that actually cares about their customers.
I've always wanted to purchase items from this website. There are so many cute items! It was a little weird as some items featured the same product but under a different brand, therefore the prices would be different which seemed odd because one would be on sale while the other wasn't. Since I just ordered products today, I guess we'll see the condition the products will arrive. I'm looking forward to it :)
It was only a little difficult figuring out the different measurements but I love how organized this site is and excited to shop again! Great clothes and great deals!
I've always been on the search for cute clothing and this is the best place. Although there aren't many sales, the clothes are still cute and there's a wide range of items. Everything is adorable! The only thing is you have to read the reviews because not all the clothes and the items come out to be what you want it to be. Other than that, love it.
