I think people should just ignore the bad reviews, i ordered things from fashionnova for the first time last 3 weeks, and I received everything and they all fit perfectly as well which is a bonus. The quality of the material is really good! The delivery was as long as what they informed me of, so all in all no problems and i've had a great first experience with fashionnova.
I have bought a few things here, for my friend and for me, and everything that came was excellent! There hasn't been an item I wasn't satisfied with, so I would really recommend buying from here!

Im giving one star because of the LACK of customer service this company has. I will never order from them again. I have been a loyal customer and have spent LOTS of money on their items. I ordered pants in XL. When I received them the package said XL, my order form had XL but they had packed an XS pant. I emailed them to let them THEY messed up and because theyre is no exchanges I had to return for a refund and reorder. I received my refund email for 1/2 the amount I paid. I sent an email and informed them that in no way was this acceptable and that I shouldnt have to pay them for THEIR mistake. They sent me an email back and apologized, said they reviewed my issue and it was in fact their fault and will be send me another email with balance refund. I have yet to receive that. Sent 2 more emails and they have not responded back. So now I paid for pants I dont have and paid for a mistake they made. RIDICULOUS!
Everything I've gotten from fashionnova so far has been really good quality, arrived in a decent amount of time, and fit like I expected it. All the sizes are a bit small (especially for a tall, long gangling limned person like me) but I still find cute clothes that fit
I have never had a bad experience except for some loose threads. They are quick and very helpful if I happen to have any questions. The only sad part is that the sizes are very small. So even though I'm size S in Sweden I have to order M and sometimes L from fashionnova. So it might be hard for my curvy friends to get clothes here. Otherwise no complaints at all!

I really enjoy going through the fashionnova website; it's like digging in a gold mine, there is so much choice and the prices are amazing. I look forward to receiving my new order! The only thing that can be tricky sometimes is the sizes, especially for tall girls like me (5'11), there have been a few times when the clothes were a bit too small.

Their clothes quality is like a hit or miss, I returned two orders together and three months went by and not hadn't heard from them, I contacted them and they said they will only give me half the credit for first order because it's not allowed to return two orders together with their prepaid label you buy in their website. Anyway I told them that I didn't want half the credit that I wanted my order back instead and they didn't want to send it back to me. I lost the product and my money. I was a good costumer but now they lost me like they will keep losing people if they don't change their way.

It have so many varieties to choose, from elegant, cute, sweet, lovely, formal and etc. Though their merchandise can be expensive from item to item but many are great! In fashionnova, there's so many different design they put up together on the site, which made it easier for the customers to search through it and find what they want.
