I wanted to like them. I gave them a chance. Always in search for a bargain, I put in an order of over $75 of both clearance and full price items(s).
I received the items in 2 weeks. The reason behind the time is that they had run out of a style that I ordered, and credited me (in store credit) for the item. This is part of the 1 star review: I have never in my life been credited store credit for an item that a merchandiser ran out of, I've always received full credit to my original form of purchase.
Now, the clothing for the most part fit, the only exception being a full price dress that was too small. Being that I could NOT make it work for me, I decided to return the item, their policy used to state that we had to pay for the shipping price back, because it wasn't free. So I shipped it off, saved the tracking number and sent it. 28 days later, no refund. I contacted customer services, and they said that they had not received the payment. Providing them my tracking, and pictures of the items(s) prior to boxing, with my invoice number, I asked them to check again. They stopped replying. Being that the credit owed to me was over $32 I emailed them again, starting a new dispute to no avail. In the end, I paid for the item(s) that were both not sent to me and then not refunded to me, AND shipping costs to the warehouse. They claimed USPS lost the items(s) and refused to provide me an exchange or store credit. I would not recommend this site to anyway, and their lack of responsibility over returns.
Everything I ordered fit true to the size chart, however it was all stretchy material. But, it got to my home quickly and was good material as well. I have had 4 orders with them with not a single issue. I love their selection as well.
Fashionnova will forever be the one store I will shop at for the cutest shirts, accessories, and more. The shirts I order are very true to the size measurements listed which is a huge plus. Customer service is also great. Questions are answered and they're very reliable :)
It was easy to search for items and they have a great range of fashion styles. I love the free shipping that they offer. Perhaps more incentives could be given for customers to review products that they purchased. Will be back for more soon(:

Fashionnova had a lot of variety of clothing. It was really hard to pick because all the clothings were so cute. I can't wait to shop there again. Also I love how they have a section for shipping in 24 hours. It really helped me a lot because I'm going to a concert soon and now I have an outfit just in time.
