I've shopped here several times, and I've never had a complaint yet! There's always a decent sale going on, too. The shoes is nice and all of the clothes that I bought are high quality! Even my blazer/skirt/pants suit - for $50!
Worst costumer service, very poor quality of fabrics, and the sizes dont much at all the chart they are very small, I spent over $200 dollars nothing fit wasnt able to exchange not even store credit because the prices end number ended on 96, 97, 98, 99, so nothing was able to exchange or credit even if you returned. My best advice for all read the policy returns before of a purchase otherwise they wont do nothing. Only take your money.

I had ordered from Fashion Nova mid- February and had gotten an email confirmation that my large package (over $100 worth of merchandise) had arrived. Only when I got home the package was NOT there. I contacted customer service multiple times and they directed me to a third party warranty/ investigation claim page. It has been 4 months and I've been re-directed to this page 3 times now. I paid for those items which I did NOT receive and they expect me to just let that go?
I order from this site all the time, love their clothing style. Only knock on it would be the size conversion from everywhere else to US sizes and you have to pay if you want to return something >.< but overall have been satisfied with it all.
