Although the price is up and down even when it is 50% to attract the customer, i have never had a disappointment with fashionnova. I've purchased for at least 6 times and all the products come really fast and reliable.
Fashionnova has so much variety so you are almost always going to find something you like. The prices vary from time to time but it's worth it when you find something you like for the price you are willing to pay. I have literally started shopping on fashionnova for almost everything to clothes and it doesn't ever fail to disappoint!
Was a little worried of using this sites as some of the stuff is super cheap and almost too good to be true. But after taking the plunge and ordering a small item from them, I can confirm they are a great company. The item took 1-2 weeks to arrive which is stated on the website as the items are coming from overseas. Very happy customer, just placed another order.

Sent items back because they did not fit. Waited the time they said I needed to wait to get store credit, witch was fine with me but I NEVER recieved my store credit. I have recently made my first order on fashion nova and when I my stuff arrived, I was missing an item. I emailed them about this mistake and a woman from customer service emailed me back and said I would get store credit back. You would think they would try to make an effort to try and send the missing item instead of me just recording it with my store credit (plus I would have to pay shipping for it). It's been 2 weeks and a few days since then and I never received my in store credit or a reply from customer service as to why they all of a sudden went MIA on me (: and never call their customer service, you'll be on hold for 25 minutes of your day just for a machine to tell you can find us at this location. You're never going to meet with someone with customer service. So basically, Fashion Nova has terrible customer service and they robbed me of my money. (:
I loved Fashion Nova, until I found out that once you place your order, the money will be taken out of your account immediatly. And you won't have the chance to modify your order, add any other items or cancel the order. Also In order to return or exchange your items, you will have to pay shipping for the return plus shipping for your order to be sent back. On top of all that, if you do return something you will not get your money back. Only store credit. This is rediculous considering you are buying clothes online and occasionally they arent going to fit the way you expect.
I ordered my $#*! 3 weeks ago with the 2 day priority shipping. That $#*! has not arrived. I have tried EVERYTHING to contact them and nobody picks up. I have e-mailed them I have tried to contact them on Instagram and Facebook and I haven't heard back from anyone. I NEED THAT $#*! BY TOMORROW.
I love how simple the website is to use and I also love how good the deals are. The one thing that surprised me the most was that it ships to Australia its hard to find a website that sells this stuff and ships to Australia. Thank you
