I ordered a skirt from Fashion Nova however it didn't fit therefore I returned the item. The site only refunded me 50% of the purchase stating there is a 50% restock fee. All customers should be aware of the horrible return policy as this is the worst Ive ever experienced while shopping online!
The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It's been over a month since I returned items, they have no records of it, even though I provided them with everything to show that the items were returned, and the incompetent rep continues to ask for the same information I provided 5 emails ago--still nothing has been resolved. The response time is ridiculously slow, I tried to ask for a different rep and no such luck(much like getting any satisfaction with this cheap company), as I'm sure there are MANY other unhappy customers, and regardless of what these "celebrities" or ordinary people say, the quality of clothing is below average, and the customer service makes it even worse. This is my first and last time buying from them, and if they continue to hire incompetent reps, it's just a damn shame. How about training the employees in standard office functions like opening email attachments, or entering a tracking number into a courier's site to confirm what the customer has stated MULTIPLE times, rather than asking, "Can you please send a picture of the return receipt?" over and over again, when it was already provided? The incompetence of Luis is uncanny. I'm surprised he even has a job to begin with.
Honesty, Fashion Nova has a great selection of clothes, but as for the quality, I can not rate them a five. It really is a site that is hit or miss. I don't believe the clothes are the same as their models. In order to give a review, you must give them a five star rating or they will remove your post.
This is my 2rd purchase from fashionnova. Great selection with amazing pricing, and fast shipping! My daughter loved the workout outfit I bought for her birthday! Plus I got a very cute hoodie for myself! I highly recommend this site!

Ok this is a 5th order with these guys and had to share my thoughts. I was so stoked to find out about the quality of this stuff and the pricing... told all my friends about it and we buy matching stuff all the time for concerts and theme events... they also have great dress shirts and other stuff for the same kind of great deal.
