Okay so I've ordered a couple of times from fashion nova and had no problem until recently when I ordered the last time, I was never sent a confirmation email or it never posted on my fashion nova account so tried to contact them because I never got the package and I was told that it was sent and delivered and to double check because they couldn't do anything about my shipment in which I still never got any confirmation or tracking information. So where I live all of our packages go to the concierge desk and they said I never received that package and I couldn't dispute the charges because unfortunately I used a prepaid card so thats money down the drain that Fashion nova has "no idea" about and can't resolve my issue so I nor anyone I know will never be using them again.
