I order a pair of butt lifter shorts & as always I check the sizing guide before choosing my size & it said bottoms in a large would be 11-13, so I knew that would be just right for my size... well not exactly that large could of fooled me.It was more like a smedium. After contacting fashionnova through email, I was told I could send it back & recieve a giftcard. I had to pay to send it back for one(which was $7), only to get $3.51 on a gift card & the item was $9.99. Had I been told all of this, I would of NEVER spent $$ to send it back, I could of just given it away to somebody that actually wears a smedium. Well needless to say, I will not be ordering from this company again. I'd rather spend my mula with companies that either pay for returns or at least credit back the $$$ that was spent. & just so we're clear I sent it back 4 days after recieving.
I had been wanting the bag I purchased for years, and fashionnova made finding it even better. Customer service was great and I was informed of discounts available.

The bracelet I received was well cared for and barely looked worn. My only issue is that it does not appear to be quite as long as advertised not quite7" overall I am satisfied.

Tried to order twice with Fashion Nova and both experiences were horrible.
First attempt to order an item was delayed for over a week by Fashion Nova without explanation. I emailed and called their fake customer care number but to no avail. I was finally sent a response email from them stating my order was cancelled due to item no longer available. I gave them one more chance and ordered two items and spent over $50 on these items. They arrived as stated but once again, items were not as described so I emailed them to get info on return policy and ask questions about items but to no avail. After several weeks of dead end phone calls and emails, I got one response with robotic reply and a copy of return policy with no regard to my questions. Their automative service phone line is a joke. It transfers you and places you on hold until it finally just disconnects you. No live agents. Cheap quality clothing. Never dealing with them again and would warn anyone else before shopping there that they are not accountable for their business nor can they be trusted.
