Terrible customer service. I have been contacting their team constantly for the past few months and I have not been assisted yet. They took weeks to respond to my emails and after I had provided them with my tracking number for the return, the list of items I returned and the order number they would keep asking me for the same information over and over again. I spoke to a rep over the phone last month and she said she understand my frustration and will send me an email with a gift-card for the return. She didn't. It's been 4 months and Fashionova has still not credited me back for the merchandise I returned back to them.

I have given Fashion Nova so many chances. Each time I've been disappointed and each time I've blamed their clothing quality on the fact that maybe I didn't pick the right size or this or that, but not this time. I'm frustrated and I'm done with this site. I ordered about 120$ worth of clothes. I knew it was store credit and not returns going into it and I knew there were other cute things I didn't mind so I could make that work. I got my five different items. I liked one of them. One of them was so cheaply made that I needed to return it. When I went to go write in the price on the return slip, I noticed there were no tags on it. The brand is a completely different brand than fashion nova. They sent me some random top!
Two of the products were just ill fitting (too big), but the thing that got me most upset was one of the bodysuits. They don't accept bodysuits as return for obvious sanitary reasons right? Well how sanitary is it that the bodysuit they shipped to me didn't even have tags? It was again, another brand other than Fashion Nova.
When I tried to contact customer service I got a bunch of generic emails. Finally they just stopped answering me. Im going to try and ship back the items today if it doesn't cost me too much. I will be seriously angry if they don't accept these returns because the two items they sent me don't have tags because they didn't have tags to begin with.
Honestly, I've learned my lesson with Fashion Nova. Never listening to celebrity endorsements or trendy insta pages ever again!
Okay update: only one of the items I received are the actual fashion Nova brand. All other items are random brands. I'm seriously worried they'll use this against me when giving me my store credit because none of them have tags! I don't even know if I want this store credit. I'm disgusted

Recently purchased items from fashion nova. Should have read return policy. Had to return and purchase new items. Not satisfied at all. Stuck with what was advertised as a dress but turned out to be a white cotton skirt with button attachments to a stripped sweater top with white cotton sleeves with buttton attachments. A build a dress MESS!
Will never shop with F. N. again. Will not recommend to anyone. Money lost. Still have $6.00 credit. F. N. Can keep it. Why? Because it will cost me $11.00 to return the mess. Not worth it.
