Please do not order from this company. Their clothes are cute, but they lie about everything like charging you for faster delivery and it coming even later than what it would have for regular delivery. Also, one of my items came damaged, and it was an expensive one so of course I wanted to return. I had sent probably over 5 emails, and filled out around 6 help forms on their website to get help with the damaged item, as it says on the site that reporting damaged items must go through a specific process. Well, it has been almost two months and nobody has answered back. I've called, emailed, filled out multiple help forms, and nothing. Customer service is absolutely terrible, and non existent. I will not be ordering again, unfortunately.

Worst customer service

I tried to make a change to my address immediately after placing my order and Fashion Nova refuses to cancel any orders or make any changes. I tried emailing them and they never responded. I used to order from them all the time. Not anymore.

I have spent waaaaaaay too much money on this website for them to steal $50 at checkout. I put items in my cart cyber Monday that were on sale BECAUSE they were on SALE! Well when I go to pay for my order my order was $50 more than it said in my cart total. I caught it a tad too late, wasn't paying attention when I clicked Apple Pay and paid for it. I've emailed, called some bogus number I found online and still no response except for a generic automated one. All I want is for them to pay me back the difference and I don't want it in store credit because I'm done with them. There's 0 customer support.! Do not buy from this website!

FALSE DELIVERY DATE

My order ******* was placed 12/3/2020, I selected (4 day shipping for $14.99 Received Tuesday12/8/2020. It's now the 7th... I dont have a tracking number to track. This items was selected 4 day shipping BECAUSE IM FLYING OUT OF TOWN WEDNESDAY MORNING. For there to be NO TRACKING this means Fashion Nova still has my order. That's a problem BEACUSE I'm sure my item will not be in Houston Tuesday 8th. IM EMAILING AND WILL CONTINUE TO EMAIL FOR A RETURN!

HORRIBLE

This is the WORSE retail company out there! Let me tell you why. I have bought from this company 3 times. The first time I bought from them, the fabric of one of my clothing items was really poor, and rough on my skin. I requested a refund, and instead of returning my money to the original payment method, they gave me a gift card, which I hate. I don't understand how a big company like that have a hard time refunding people's money.

After a few months, I decided to leave it all behind and buy some scrubs because I told myself that one bad clothing item did not mean the company was all bad since so many people buy from there. However, when my scrubs came, the fabric was so bad, that the color of the fabric was leaving marks on my underwear and staining everywhere I would seat. After one wear, it was pretty no longer wearable as the fabric literally was dismantling itself and falling pieces by pieces as if it was rotten or something.

My thrid shipment on the other hand NEVER came. I ordered 2 weeks before black friday with promise that my order will be there in 5 to 7 days. They never sent my order then sent me an email to review their items. After sending them an email notifying them I have not received my order, they sent me a tracking number. But when I tracked my package down the delivery company said fashion nova has never sent them my package. It's been three weeks and I have not received my package. It's literally IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with them as they have no phone number for customer service and do NOT answer emails as they should. The 2 first times I emailed them, they basically sent me an auto-generated message rather than having someone real answering my emails. As of right now, I have left them over 5 emails and none of them has been responded to.

WORST company ever! With the WORSE customer service. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They don't care about customers, they only want your money!

Poor customer service

This site is great if you are looking for good cheap clothes, but just know you are taking the risk of getting items that aren't sewn properly and will break down within a few months. I had an order that was missing two items that equaled to $100. Their customer service will stop responding and will not solve their issues. All they kept doing was offering me coupons that would expire by the weekend. (Coupons that we're less than the sale on their website) I lost money and respect for this company. They truly do not try to resolve any issues and are insulting.

I ordered with them several times and although I do not agree with their return policy, I continued to purchase. The last two times I purchased with this company they did not apply the promised discount code, one was "BOGOFREE", I have screenshots of the before and after purchase where it shows that the purchase was discounted. I contacted "customer service" in which Jose was less than helpful. I am truly disappointed in the way this business is run. Not applying a promoted discount is fraudulent and a complete breach of a promise you make to your consumer. Fashion Nova utilizes social media influencers for advertisement to the working class people that are currently under a lot of stress and PRESSURE! I am a frontline EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT healthcare worker that cares for people that are suffering through this pandemic as I am. The only thing I wanted was to purchase a few items of clothing to make me feel more human at a time like this. I am also a single parent with a single household income, this company is shameful.

Not only do they not take responsibility for this horrid shipping company, their customer service emails (because they will not receive calls) are extremely unhelpful. Imagine a delivery company that says on their website, package could not be delivered, WHEN YOU STAYED AT HOME ALL DAY! This happened all week, I called their customer service line and they were delightfully unhelpful. I hold fashion nova responsible, because I made the choice to do business with them and not this gaslighting company. And by the way, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE.

Fashion Nova has a no refund or replacement policy on their shipments when they chose the carrier (LaserShip) to ship it. They said they will help resolve the issue but that has not happened, they won't even respond to the email (only way to contact customer service). Why do they continue to use a carrier that has such bad reviews. It seems that they don't care about there customers satisfaction, only the money. No one has money to lose at a time like now. Beware of the fine print. Most often times, we forget to read it.

I expected my package in mid October via there carrier of choice-LaserShip. My package was never delivered- I reached out to fashion nova on several occasions. My claim was denied although LaserShip admitted to losing my package. Still fashion nova denied my refund claim!

Worst Ever
November 11, 2020

I placed a order Saturday Nov. 7th and they sent email the day of my order that it was delayed. I have not been able to reach a live agent and the chat people keep ending chat. I leave for my trip in two days and i have nothing and down 150.00. Its not much but i want my damn money back and i cant get ahold of no one.

Discount Fraud

They blow your phone up every time you visit the site. They want you to use the code but then the system removes the code and you are charged full price. They do not cancel orders and they do not make any modifications to your order even if it's seconds after your receive confirmation emails. You have to pay for returned. This happened to me multiple times. Lame and I will not shop here anymore. Spend your coins elsewhere ladies. There a more plenty of other options on Instagram I can give links if you need.

I placed an order and applied a coupon code for $30 off. The total amount was correct, but when I checked out out via ApplePay I was charged the original amount, plus taxes and shipping. Immediately, I emailed customer service, and the response was to return the item to get a gift card. I only wanted to get refunded for the additional amount they charged. However, I tried to create a label on their website but it said my items were not returnable, even though customer service told me to do it and my original receipt does not state the items are not returnable. I have not opened the package, so the items have been untouched. I was just asking them to solve the issue that I was overcharged. I agreed to pay the total amount shown at checkout, not the amount I was charged after. I contacted them again via chat and they said to ship it back, but that I needed to pay for the shipping. There was no return slip or return email they could send me to assure me that I would get a gift card. Every answer they gave me over the chat or their emails was never coherent. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN! I was loyal customer, but my last 2 orders have been terrible! The one before this last one, I selected 2 day shipping to have my items for a party and it came in 9 days. Not 2. If I paid for 2 day shipping, I expect my items in 2 days. This is not even it! So me trying to give them another chance, decided to order again from them because previously before the last time I never had issues with them. So today I received my order and I'm still SMFH! I ordered 21 items and only received 10. TEN! Then I'm trying to submit a dispute it says it needs the packing slip but coincidentally it doesn't even have a packing slip in my bag. Can't even speak to anyone physically because it says the number doesn't work due the holiday. I'm so done with them! I wish I could rate them zero honestly!

Terrible customer service experience! They basically stole my money and said there was nothing they could do about it. My daughter placed a few items in the cart and created an account. I got an email with a special offer for 30% off if I completed the order a couple of days later. I clicked to redeem the offer, added the promo code CART30 then went to checkout with Apple Pay. When I went to look at the order confirmation, no discount to be found anywhere. On top of that, I paid an extra $20 for overnight shipping. Within 2 minutes I began trying to contact the company and it literally took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get in touch with a rep via chat (order placed at 7:41 PM and finally connected with a chat rep who said there's nothing that can be done at 9:24 PM). They offered me free shipping off of my next order but that code expires in 2 days. There's no customer service phone number. I feel duped. I will make sure to go out of my way to NEVER EVER order from them again and make sure that EVERYONE I KNOW never orders from fashionnova.com - SCAM. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
