I've been a customer for years but I recently had my first return and they kept 50% of my refund because some of the items were in the wrong plastic bags. What? No where on the return information does it state to be careful of which bag you use or they will keep your money... stupid. They kept about $60.00 which is extreme and they ignored me when I politely asked them to reconsider. Now here we are.
My store credit code number does not work and Fashion Nova will not reply to my emails. I returned a purchase, received a store credit instead of a refund which would have been ok but the code does not work, so therefore they stole $57.88 from me.
Robbed me of half my refund i spent 52 dollars so only got half back because of so called stocking shelf fees I was unaware about, charged me 15 to ship it back and didn't refund me my full amount that I did use to ship it to me in the first place so total I spent 67 dollars got 26 back ridiculous

The quality is not the best and then You have to pay for returned items and they won't give you your money back, only credit. I ordered 2 bathing suits and a cover up for a trip I was going on. I needed the items as soon as possible so I paid to expedite the shipping. Come to find out the order says it delivered but it never arrived. So, I contact fashion nova and fedex as I order it for a second time. I also expedited the shipping again so I could get it in time for my trip. I get the second order finally & in time for my trip. FedEx contacts me and says it has been delivered. Well I don't see it so I continue to contact the provider because it's their responsibility to make sure I get the goods they're providing. I go on my trip, I come back and I still hear nothing from fashion novas so called "customer service team". I continued to keep making claims of a lost package. A month goes by and they finally contact me to say since the package states it's arrived they're nothing they can do about it because of their "policy". Well your policy should be to make sure your customers get what the hell they ordered. Why would I order two of the same $#*!ing thing if got the original order. I'm mad because now I have to dispute the charge with my bank and hopefully they realize what a $#*! up fashion nova is. I was a very loyal customer and now I will NEVER shop here again simply because if something gets lost in transit they will not go to the lengths of making sure I get it or even refunding my money. I hope as I write this you all take my story into consideration because this is a lot of hassle when you can just avoid it by choosing someone else to do business within.
The lack of service that has been provided with getting packages in a timely manner had been a disaster. I have shopped with fashion sonce the beginning and now that i feel the company has expanded the service is terrible. I placed an order and 10 days later i still dont have my package cant speak to anyone because there is no call and i have emailed and their basically stating contact the department they ship my package too. Like you use that party to ship you should be reaching out that why your client does not have their package on time and than say store credit i dont want to shop there again so i dont want any store credite. I sent two returns at the same time, they both arrived at the facility at the same time one order was processed last week and I was issued a store credit for $44.63 however the order for $80.99 was not refunded.
Trying to reach anyone or even be able to send an email to customer service is literally impossible. The site is designed where it takes you in a loop by selecting your issues and at the end gives you a message asking if the information was helpful.
Can't reach anyone by phone either, I've even sent a dm via facebook to no avail.

I was supposed to receive my delivery on June 10 it is June 15 and no updates. Called laser ship they said Fashion Nova sent to third party and they don't have package. I contacted Fashion Nova and said wait another week to two weeks. Well that is a month to get my order even though I paid for items and fast shipping. Don't order from this company they will take your money and you will not get your items. SCAM!
I found the clothes a little challenging for this curvy body, but what was the worst was the return process. They claimed they never got my package and sent email after email with the same response and refused to call or provide me wirh a phone number. I do a lot of online ordering and this was the worst. I lost 209$!
Worst customer service ever my package didn't arrive and the answer was sorry to hear that very with the neighbors carrier open a claim and they will going to email me the info they never emailed me! Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.
