I've been a customer for years but I recently had my first return and they kept 50% of my refund because some of the items were in the wrong plastic bags. What? No where on the return information does it state to be careful of which bag you use or they will keep your money... stupid. They kept about $60.00 which is extreme and they ignored me when I politely asked them to reconsider. Now here we are.

My store credit code number does not work and Fashion Nova will not reply to my emails. I returned a purchase, received a store credit instead of a refund which would have been ok but the code does not work, so therefore they stole $57.88 from me.

Robbed me of half my refund i spent 52 dollars so only got half back because of so called stocking shelf fees I was unaware about, charged me 15 to ship it back and didn't refund me my full amount that I did use to ship it to me in the first place so total I spent 67 dollars got 26 back ridiculous

I wanted to use the 40% off but code but then the system somehow didn't apply it and I was charged full price. I tried to cancel or modify my order within seconds after receiving the confirmation email. The quality is not the best and then You have to pay for returned items and they won't give you your money back, only credit. I don't care how many "influencers" wear their clothes, this type of customer service is horrible. Taking my dollars somewhere else.

There is no way to contact customee service. I bought $100+ worth of clothes, and the package says it was delivered though I never received it.

I placed an order for a denim shorts in seconds I tried to modify because I had make a mistake and ordered a xl instead of a large and they would not change the size, these people don't deserve my business, they won't even refund your money if u return an item I are bound to purchase something from them if they credit u back, this company makes no sense

I ordered 2 bathing suits and a cover up for a trip I was going on. I needed the items as soon as possible so I paid to expedite the shipping. Come to find out the order says it delivered but it never arrived. So, I contact fashion nova and fedex as I order it for a second time. I also expedited the shipping again so I could get it in time for my trip. I get the second order finally & in time for my trip. FedEx contacts me and says it has been delivered. Well I don't see it so I continue to contact the provider because it's their responsibility to make sure I get the goods they're providing. I go on my trip, I come back and I still hear nothing from fashion novas so called "customer service team". I continued to keep making claims of a lost package. A month goes by and they finally contact me to say since the package states it's arrived they're nothing they can do about it because of their "policy". Well your policy should be to make sure your customers get what the hell they ordered. Why would I order two of the same $#*!ing thing if got the original order. I'm mad because now I have to dispute the charge with my bank and hopefully they realize what a $#*! up fashion nova is. I was a very loyal customer and now I will NEVER shop here again simply because if something gets lost in transit they will not go to the lengths of making sure I get it or even refunding my money. I hope as I write this you all take my story into consideration because this is a lot of hassle when you can just avoid it by choosing someone else to do business within.

The lack of service that has been provided with getting packages in a timely manner had been a disaster. I have shopped with fashion sonce the beginning and now that i feel the company has expanded the service is terrible. I placed an order and 10 days later i still dont have my package cant speak to anyone because there is no call and i have emailed and their basically stating contact the department they ship my package too. Like you use that party to ship you should be reaching out that why your client does not have their package on time and than say store credit i dont want to shop there again so i dont want any store credite. Terrible terrible service

I'm giving fashion nova no stars I've been a loyal customer for year I ordered a dress and it got delivered to a wrong address because there using a new carrier lasership this place has bad reviews only non delivered and lying they delivered fashion not once help in way they try to 20 percent discount on my next purchase what a joke

A long time FN customer I am really upset about the (NO CUSTOMER SERVICE) at all.

I sent two returns at the same time, they both arrived at the facility at the same time one order was processed last week and I was issued a store credit for $44.63 however the order for $80.99 was not refunded.

Trying to reach anyone or even be able to send an email to customer service is literally impossible. The site is designed where it takes you in a loop by selecting your issues and at the end gives you a message asking if the information was helpful.

Can't reach anyone by phone either, I've even sent a dm via facebook to no avail.

This an absolute cluster$#*! and I will absolutely not shop with FN again. Plenty of other options out there.

I'll probably never order from them until they change their shipping company this is the second time this has happened to me. You order something 2 weeks in advance so it'll be in cuz most places show shipping in 3-5 days & 4 days to process well I'm 15 days since purchase date & it's been sitting at a facility an hour away from my home for 5 days.

I was supposed to receive my delivery on June 10 it is June 15 and no updates. Called laser ship they said Fashion Nova sent to third party and they don't have package. I contacted Fashion Nova and said wait another week to two weeks. Well that is a month to get my order even though I paid for items and fast shipping. Don't order from this company they will take your money and you will not get your items. SCAM!

Don't get me wrong the outfits are perfect and then girls are stunning... but in every picture it's just women who have big boobs and a big $#*!... I know they wouldn't care if they saw this comment but I have an $#*! but am a A36 and it makes me feel upset that there just advortizing women with like the perfect boobs $#*! and curves.

I purchased a workout outfit with a debit card. The out looked cheap and see through. Found out I could only get a credit.

Order# ******* I Placed an order on May 20th my order said it was delivered on May 21st however I never received anything from fashion Nova on trac is who delivered it to the wrong address I'm assuming and fashion Nova is not trying to reimburse me my money it's so frustrating because my $176 means a lot to me And I want my money back I shop with this company quite often and I have never had this problem but I will never shop with them again

Fashion Nova policy states they are not responsible if the carrier looses your package. You will loose your the merchandise and your money. DO NOT ODER FROM FASHION NOVA. It's a risk!
