Every since you guys started this LaserShip it has been pitiful and nothing comes on time anymore as planned. Fashionova makes wayyy to much money for such a $#*!ty service no wonder Lasership has 1 star and all bad reviews.

Fabric too thin. Too big. Not for natural curves for enhanced(bought and paid for curves) and the company charges for 2 shipping fees (1 you pay upfront before you can get the prepaid label. And then again after they receive the merchandise) and gives you less than half your money back in store credit saying you damaged it when you started the return process the same day you received the dress. It's a damn joke. The whole company.

What a nightmare of an experience with Fashion Nova. They stole $95 of my $ sending my return e-gift card to a nonexistent email. They will not let me update the email telling me I'm just out of luck. BASICALLY stealing my $. There is no option to update my email or no customer service phone #. I paid for a return shipping label & returned the clothes & was told sent e gift card to am email I had 5 years ago that no longer exists. They won't update or send to my current email. THIEVES! I ordered a pair of skinny jeans based on the product description and their size charts. Based on my waist measurements I order the size where I was just shy of having to go to the next size. By all means these pants should have been a smidge snug. So I get them and they were too loose!
So I contacted them right away. Buyer Beware! I have to purchase the return label so now I have to pay for shipping twice and have no product to show for it and on top of that they DO NOT refund your money. They send you a digital credit code to be used on future purchases! Like I am going to be stupid for a second time and order something else from them! Like I am going to trust their clothing sizes.
This is a scam! It is a rip-off to for the comsumer and a profit booster for the company. At least with the other online shopping website that begins with A, you get free returns on clothing that is not as described! Do Not use this company!
Their shipping process is the worst. This is the second time this has happened with me. Shame on me right.! I've paid for expediting shipping ($9.99) and my items never came twice. The first Time it took them about eight months to give me a full refund. Like I would really like to know what is going on with them in their warehouse. They have given me the runaround told me that it was FedEx or UPS's fault that I haven't received my item when clearly the shipping label has been made and it is still sitting in their warehouse in California somewhere.
I love fashion nova jeans. No I LOVED their jeans. You can't get ahold of any customer service. Also the help center is absolutely no help whatsoever. Never ordering here again. Terrible service and should be changed if they want to keep customers
I usually spend hundreds of dollars with Fashion Nova a month but won't be ever again. On June 30th FEDEX completely lost my order. I paid for overnight shipping. I opened a claim and was told by fedex to contact Fashion Nova for a refund. I contacted fashion nova and was told I had to wait ten days. I did that. Its been 17 days. I sent another email to fashion nova with the resolved fedex claim number. Now Fashion Nova is completely ignoring me and will not respond to emails/claims made via their own website or honor the FEDEX claim. They will not help me at all. It's a shame they treat their loyal customers like crap. I'll have to dispute this with my bank. I'll never spend money with them again.
Do not buy anything there. The company is a complete FRAUD. You buy cloths that look so good on the picture and you receive a complete trash. Then you claim a refund, and only when you ask for a refund they are kindly tell you that they will only provide you a store credit for another trash that you can buy. I would not mind to receive a store credit from a legit company, but not from this fraud website. They do not have any phone number to contact them and respond only with automatic emails. I returned some items purchased at my expense and never received my gift card credit due to they sent it to an incorrect email! Yes, it's my fault for inputting the incorrect email address when I originally purchased the items (human error) but when they sent me the return labels they were able to send it to my correct email address and I noted my correct email address on my return items but the gift card credit was still sent to the incorrect email and after speaking with a live chat representative, they couldn't change it to my correct email address due to company policy! How inconvenient is that?! And now I'm out of shipping cost and my items purchased! Way to screw a consumer Fashion Nova! I will never purchase from you or refer anyone!
This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. I placed an order with Fashion Nova on May 27th, 2021. On May 28th my items were supposedly shipped. On June 7th I contacted Fashion Nova because they hadn't provided a tracking number for the items that were shipped May 28th. Fashion Nova contacted me and let me know that their shipping company "lost" my order, so they reshipped it to me. A pair of jeans that I originally ordered were no longer available. Fashion Nova reimbursed me for those. When I finally received my order, none of the garments fit, so I printed a $7.99 shipping label provided by Fashion Nova to return the items. Fashion Nova received my return on June 25th, 2021 and they told me to wait 5-7 business days for my refund, which they promised in writing via email as a one-time courtesy they would return my refund to my original purchase method. On the seventh day they decided to tell me that they can't give me a credit nor are they able to refund me because they can't refund nor credit reshipment items. So I basically gave fashion my money, the pandemic must have put them through some hardship. Taking people's money is ignorance.

I'm a fashionnova girl. I order from them 10 times a year. But noticed when they put discounts they raise the regular price. So basically your not saving anything. They just try to fool their customers with a discount cod.
I actually take a picture of my favourite stuff to order then in the future if they got a sake going.

Stay away from this company all they do is scam people. I made a purchase of over 200, my package was never delivered and they would not refund me. It makes sense to require a signature for deliveries specially of such high amount. They just keep on offering you a 25% discount code as if after such a bad experience you would make the mistake of shopping with them again.
I find it kind of disturbing that they admit there is lead in their clothing which causes cancer and infertility in women and they do nothing to change this. When I wrote in asking why there is lead in their clothes and if they were going to STOP making their clothes with lead and they provided no answer all they said was "you can return your clothing items for a store credit" WHY WOULD I WANT MORE CLOTHES WITH LEAD IN THEM? I was a long time customer but upon just learning about this a few days ago I don't want to support a business that makes toxic clothing and doesn't care about their customers they only want your money at the cost of your health.
I ordered clothing from Fashion Nova on Monday June 21st which amounted to $367.44, however the order did not go through. So I ordered the same items again and it went through just fine - so far so good.
I reached out to Fashion Nova on Wednesday June 23rd after I noticed that I received 2 charges to my account, one in the amount of $367 44 and the other in the amount of $92.86 - I used QuadPay to break up the second payment. They ensured me that the order was canceled and I would be issued a refund - cool, no sweat. However, due to this error on their end, it caused my account to go negative and I ended being charged almost $30 in overdraft fees - not so good.
I reached out to them again yesterday, June 27th, after receiving not only my order that went through, but also the order that was supposedly "canceled". When I reached out to them to explain the situation and to state that my refund not only didn't go through but the order was never canceled. After going back and forth for a while, I offered to return the items from the canceled order and asked for a refund. To which they responded that they will NOT be giving me the refund, instead would only give me store credit and they will be sending me 7.99 for shipping to return the items.
I have NEVER had a good experience with FashionNova. Whether it be items arriving damaged, order gets lost, items are found to be "out of stock" AFTER I have already paid for it, this situation, and I'm over it. I will NEVER be returning to them.

Fashion nova work with a company called Lasership. Google it. The company stole 3 of my packages and blamed it on neighbors when we had video footage. So beware. Fashion nova shouldn't have hired the company without doing their research. The company Lasership has terrible reviews about packages being stolen.

Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
