Earlier this year 2022 I made a purchase with fashion Nova over $200. Fashion Nova internship my products to the wrong address it must have been the address they had on file after not receiving my purchases I reached out to fashion Nova to find out you guys sent it to the wrong address at that time I was promised in ecard compensation it's been almost a year to no avail have I been compensated now you're talking about it's past the 90 days and it shows that it has been delivered. Yes I know it was delivered to the wrong address per fashion Nova can you guys simply send me my eCard compensation I've explained that I do not still have that same email but I do have the order number none of my contact information has changed except my physical address and my email address thank you for understanding please send my card immediately so I may check out
I ordered online and realized my size was incorrect, after paying to send it back I received a store credit. Once I decided to use my credit it was not there. I contacted them immediately and was sent tracking information, I searched what they claim I bought and the package was sent to Ghana. I asked for a full refund and was told they couldn't do anything about it because the money was gone. I live in ATLANTA ga so I clearly didn't order anything to Ghana. This company is a complete scam.I've attached their response, unbelievable.

I paid $97.79 for an order and was refunded only for the rush shipping because the the was supposed to be delayed,I never received my order.I reached out to customer service through email several times and kept getting repetitive messages each time,I was ensured that I would receive an refund within 10 business days and never received it.Please do not order from this company.

Please I advise do not order from fashionova around this time. Once the package leaves fashionova facility, it's no longer their responsibility. You would think that they would try to help me in this situation being as though I spent $100 on items that were supposed to be delivered safely. I ordered my clothes on the 10th from them and my expected delivery date was the 17th. When I checked to track my order, it said it was delivered. I asked my neighbors if anyone has seen my package and everyone said no. I just want my package I spent $100 on. Yesterday there was a 30% discount for the day or so... I could not check out no matter how many times I tried. I would enter the code THEY OFFERED ON THE SITE, I get the discount and then when its time to check out, the site glitches making me start all over again. This went on ALL DAY yesterday so I wrote them. They immediately wrote back telling me to clear my cache use another browser AND restart my computer ALL OF WHICH I DID many many times BEFORE they suggested it! Still, til the very end, I was unable to purchase with their code! The next day, today, I check and of course NO GLITCHES! However, todays code is for 20%, 10% less. I'm pissed but I try. WELL, I have Honey and other Coupon sites that help me find coupons and they enter a code that gives me 50% off! I go to pay and POOF the discount disappears! So I enter the code again, it discounts 50% again, I hit check out and POOF! So this time I send them a video demanding they explain. Their answer, its an "employee code" no longer active, sorry for the inconvenience, use the 20% code on the site! This has to be illegal! It is my understanding they recently got in trouble for manipulating site reviews, only allowing the good reviews to go up which is unfair to customers trying to figure out specific details others may be able to share. This happens on the constant and its time they get called out on it! I, for one, am over it!
Like someone said previously, I ordered two dresses for my son's wedding Rehearsal dinner and they used Lasership and no packaged ever came, I also have a ring and no one came to my house and I was home all day, the second the notification said it was delivered I went out and nothing. They wanted me to file a report with the policy saying they had stolen my package but the only theft was of the delivery company or Fashion Nova never sent it. I reached out to both the shipping company and Fashion Nova and no one got back to to me from the shipping company and Fashion Nova just kept sending me an email that they seem to have automatically generated that says the same thing. Hello I want to save you money. Fashion Nova refuses to rectify carrier disputes. I waited for my package no doorbell rang no one pulled up and then I received an alert saying package delivered. There was no package. I looked at the picture and it clearly was not of my door. I asked my surroundings neighbors and was told they didn't have my package. I notified both Fashion Nova and the carrier I never heard of before. I shop online all the time never heard of them. I advised both parties that the picture was not my front door and that's not my mat outside under the package because I don't have a mat and my number is above the doorbell box not displayed on the picture the delivery driver took. I was advised wait 3 days before they could help to see if my package turned up. Once the 3 days were up I basically was told kick rocks go away don't bother us again SORRY. This is not acceptable behavior towards a paying customer. I then heard other stories and we decided to let everyone know their practices on as many sites and platforms as possible Order #*******. It will eventually cost them more than my $75 loss. The BBB and any other consumer reporting agency will be advised as well.
Ordered an outfit two months in advance and didn't receive it so I followed up. Fashion Nova came back and said it has been returned to them as the carrier couldn't deliver it to my address. My address has been the same for the last 10 years and I've had no issues with deliveries from other companies so this was really surprising. I then requested for refund to be credited back to my PayPal and they said they couldn't do this and could only offer me a partial refund in a gift card. I then asked how I was meant to use this gift card when they supposedly couldn't deliver to my address so if I order again the same thing would be likely to happen? They kept sending me automated/generic emails each time so it's been a very horrible experience and I regret ever buying from them in the first place
Fashion Nova has no real customer service that you can talk to which makes it really hard when you need to reach out to someone. Their customer service is also bot-like. However usually, when you do email them which is the only option to contact them, You do get an email back pretty fast depending on your issue and how busy they are. Some of the clothes are made of chemicals and things that are known to cause Cancer, Birth defects, and other serious issues. Since they get all their stuff from China Wholesale it's made with cheap materials of bad quality. Not everything is bad but I would definitely recommend buying things only without the warning tags. If you do end up buying something with a warning tag then make sure you wash it first before wearing it.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about.
