First time buying from them and was scammed. I just read some reviews and are complaining about packages not delivered!

I bought an outfit and they sent a message that is was delivered at 8:41pm in my building. I live in a gated community where everything is closed at 7:00pm. The residents in that community packages goes to the leasing office where they keep an Amazon box. This office closes after hours. When I contacted Fashion Nova, I was told my package was delivered and I explain to them it wasn't delivered because the time the person said they delivered it the office is closed and they can't come to my apartment or inside the building unless they have a fab to open the doors. The person who was assisting me told me they can't help because the tracking number says delivered. How does it take to click delivered and take the pa large with you? I asked them for the company they used to deliver my package they fail to give to me. I asked for the picture where the package was dropped they fail to give it to me. It either FashionNova are crooks and work along with the delivery company to scam their customers, so they'll be able to pay all these celebrities that advertise for them.

I have been ordering from fashion nova frequently for a few years. I will never order from them again. My recent order was $120. The courier delivered the item and left it carelessly in the lobby (even though there is a secure mail room and even though my unit number was on the package.) the package was left in the lobby on a counter above a garbage bin. I paid my money to fashion nova and they are responsible for ensuring final delivery of the items. I did not choose the courier company. They need to compensate their customers if delivery is not made to the right place and then take it up with the courier they used to ship the items. Of course someone stole my package since it was carelessly placed in a general area. I was home all day. If the delivery man did not know where the mail room was he could have taken the elevator and left it by my door. In fact he left the package in the general area across from the elevators. Fashion nova of course says they are not responsible. Very poor

I placed my order 12/4/22 my order just sitting and the sad part about this whole ordeal I'm located in Los Angeles California
It's sad they can't give u a refund when it there fault your order just sitting not processing or any type of information this is my very last time order anything from this trash garbage company
They robbing us consumers they never like giving a refund back and it's there fault thirsty company who would even want a store credit after your order just sitting over a week
I'm not planning on spending a dime with your garbage company anymore

This place has gone down the drain fast, quality of clothes is terrible, things never look like pictures, and the shipping is a disaster. The customer service department is a nightmare! Never spend your hard earned money here.

Never received my package, they told me to file a police report or check with a neighbor bc the carrier said the package had been delivered. I have 24 hr surveillance, it was not!

Fashionnova! I Order 2 Gowns and was very disappointed was not of good Quality didn't fit probably. No cash refund credit only also there was 8$ shipping fee to return. I'll never Order from this site again

It is a long time waiting this time.This time I get dissaponted for waiting too long.I recieved the items after 1 month waiting.

I ordered something from Fashion nova and never got my package even though I received an email stating my package was delivered. I checked my cameras and no one ever delivered my order! I called fashion nova costumer services only to find out they don't have live representive, I emailed them and said they are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERED OR LOST PACKAGES. My order receipt states the package was delivered and it was initial by someone else. I contacted the carrier center and never got a response either. DO NOT OREDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Do not buy from Fashion Nova. The company does not give refunds even if the debit transaction is processed through Afterpay. I purchased a jacket because it had a nice looking fur hoodie. But the jacket materials was cheap and unattractive. I had to pay for shipping to return it only to be provided a gift card. Fashion Nova did not even offer me the courtesy of a refund to my original payment method and I still was left with 2 installment payments owed to Afterpay. What a rip off. And inconsiderate.

They have terrible business practices. They said they delivered my package but nothing ever arrived. I was waiting and saw deliveries occurring in my building and my package wasn't one of them. On top, they don't have customer service. I messaged them and their reply was that it's not their responsibility. Once it says "delivered" they don't have any responsibility. That's terrible! Im out of $130 for no reason. Additionally, part of this purchase was for a Holiday Party dress I needed. Nothing to wear for the even at this point and out all that money? I can't believe it. Last time I purchase from here and you better believe i will be sharing my story with everyone I know. The biggest marketing tool is word of mouth, and I'll be using mine to tell this company's truth and terrible business ethic and practices. Including their NO REFUND policy on ANY purchases. No idea why anyone would order from them.

I NEVER RECIVED MY PACKAGES THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT 72 HRS AND THEY NEVER INVESTGATED MY ORDER HOW CAN YALL BE SOO GOOOD WHEN YALL JUST PLAYED ME OUTT MY MONEY THAT I SPENT WITH YALL IF INEVER RECIVED MY ORDER IM WANTING MY MONEY BACK AND YALL COULDNT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK WHEN I CLEARLY HADD A ADRESS AND APT NUMBER ON FILE YAAL MAKE SHURE YALL WATCH THEM BEACUSE THEY AINT RIGHT!

Stay away from fashion nova, spend your money somewhere else, I ordered 17 items from since September 19th, I only received one out of the 17, try to contact customer service no help, I'm still waiting on them, three months later still no answer,I won't recommended it to anybody.

Fashion nova customer service is so rude and unhelpful. I never received my items and they have not help resolve my issue! The shipper laser ship Ryan marked as delivered and I contacted fashion nova with a case number and advise them I reached out to lasership and they did not deliver it to my address. Fashion nova is not willing to give me a refund or re shipment. I also contacted the better business bureau because this can't be legal or right. I would need we order from them again and I'm taking this to social media to advise fashion nova is a unprofessional company who is trying to steal customer money!

I made a purchase on black Friday,
I put in 3 gift cards which reflected $118 left to pay on debit card.
Confirmation stated I paid $274 in full on my debit card without option to adjust my order.

They don't do returns so I can't get my money back, my man is going to be so upset as this was my gift for Christmas.

I could fit perfect in a medium and other times im swimming in a medium
Often Im a small and other times small is a xxsmall. Finding the right size is like fishing in the ocean for an exact match. This is by far the worst sales tactic of all time.

I also pay Shipping fees $7.99 each way, unless you spend bookubucks still have to pay return shipping regardless, which is why I don't feel comfortable shop with fashion Nova anymore.

Overall I feel ripped off and Nova doesn't give a flying fish about you.

There is no live customer service, and when you do get a email response - they are often extremely rude.

I have had complications with every single purchase.
Also- I have noticed some items are really overpriced, even before covid.
Some of there prices are designer prices, just down right ridiculous.

After reading the reviews I gave fashion Nova a chance. I realized that I am experiencing the same issues a lot of the other customers have. Poor customer service, not being able to speak with a live person. I placed order on Nov 1 2022 I have not received it as of today it's been almost a month. My advice do not spend your money with this company. It"s other companies that will value you as a customer. Still waiting on my issue to be resolved after this is over I will never do anymore business with them.

I ordered 05 months ago, did not receive the package, asked for a refund and they say they will not refund because the order is in transit. 05 months in transit? The tracking number says it is delivered to an address completely different from mine.
