I ordered a jacket to wear to my daughters wedding. I paid $22 dollars extra to get in two days. It came in four days. On the day of the wedding. It was too late. I returned the next day. They would not refund my money to after pay. The emailed me a gift card that I can't use. They would not refund the extra shipping. I received nothing. Do not shop here. I would give zero stars if it would let me.
This store would be better if their return policy wasn't so awful. I bought a sweater and some other things that didn't turn out to be as described and they want me to PAY to return them. I shop A LOT and have never had to pay to return something. Also, did you know you can't cancel an order? Even if it's one second after you place the order--nope! I placed an order and realized that it would arrive after Christmas so I called to see if I could change the shipping page, and would pay whatever it cost. They said they couldn't. So I said I'd have to cancel the order then and they REFUSED. They said for me to just return it once they shipped it. So, basically they are wasting packing supply, shipping and labor to get something to me that I don't want and then want me to be wasteful of exactly the same and PAY them to send it back. They responded within THREE minutes of my inquiry to cancel and said it was "ready to ship" so they couldn't cancel it. We all know that no order is ready to go in three minutes...especially when you just told me you can't ship it until after Christmas anyway. I only shopped here for my younger sisters who like it, but I'd rather pay three times as much for them then deal with this stupidity.
Once the purchase is completed in their system (even if you didn't know it was completed) YOU CAN NOT CHANGE OR CANCEL, even if you contact them within less than a minute from ordering. They say over it's in their system they can't make any changes. So your stuck with the order. AND, you get the order you didn't want, then you can send it back (minus shipping fees) FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT. You will not get a refund. THEN, GOOD LUCK USING THAT CREDIT, because I was given no place to put it in, so I kept continuing with my order (that I thought would be covered by my credit) thinking there would be a place to enter it. Nope. Order completed. And, they won't delete it and add my credit to it. So now I'm paying full price for yet another order. Absolutely the worst.
Orders are never delivered on time or on the date identified! Once they change your date there's nothing you can do but accept it! I ordered and expected my item on a specific date for a reason!
I purchased the LOSE IT ALL HEEL - LEOPARD in October 2022 for my birthday and wore it once. I decided to wear the shoes again to my Christmas Staff Party and upon reaching the event, the heels started to fall off. This is the first I have encountered a case like this and was most embarrassed and disgruntled. I decided to take both heels off as I lived a very good distance and would have been a waste of time to return home. I wrote a review on the site but to date, no one has followed up.
My package was lost in transit so they gave me 20$ less then what I payed for in store credit. Customer Service is absolutely horrible and they only respond once you've emailed twice. Once they responded to my email they said its not their problem it was lost and did not even address the credit problem.

The shipper laser ship marked as delivered and I contacted fashion nova to let them know and advise them I reached out to lasership and they did not deliver it to my address. My package went to another building. Fashion nova is not willing to give me a refund or re shipment. They said I should contact the police. They don't care if you get your product or not. All they care about is to collect your money. This company need to shut down. I also contacted the better business bureau because this can't be legal or right. This Company is absolute scam. We ordered clothes which did not fit, so we send them back. It is a value of +100$ and they just send you a GIFT CARD to be forced to buy this bad quality again. I recommend you to NOT BUY AT FASHIONNOVA!
Very disappointed. Ordered 1 item 11/21/22 and "says" it was delivered. Now I understand that because the holidays, things get delayed but the fact that my item says it was delivered and was not, unacceptable. I completely understand sometimes packages get misplaced or delivered to the wrong address, but saying they wouldn't be responsible makes not even want to shop with fashionnova anymore. Used a credit and can't even get the credit back.

You gotta pay for shipping and even then it's a Hassel to get your refund. I've been back and forth with them in emails just trying to get my refund. Once I get my refund and use it, I'm never dealing with them again.

They took 2 weeks to ship my package and then on top of that the company that was supposed to delivery my package never did and they marked it as delivered! I have proof that they never even drove by where I live, I have all the camera footage. Fashion nova will not give me a refund and when I contacted the carrier they said to contact fashion nova I am not doing this back and forth I have been trying to get a refund for a whole week and nothing! If your package is being delivered by laser ship just know your package will be stolen and fashion nova will not give you a refund! I work hard for my money it's absolutely crazy how fashion nova will not take responsibility for this! Last time I will order from them. I am absolutely disappointed.
Do not order from Fashion Nova! Horrible Horrible customer service! Package was delivered to wrong house. A picture of the house they delivered to and it was not mine! If I could I'd take stars from the company I made a purchase of a few outfits and 2 pair of shoes. While I did receive the clothing the shoes were never received. Reached out to the company in which they said it showed delivered and I need to contact the authorities in my area, check with Neibors, and the local post office. So I took photos proving that there was only 1 package which was a bag that the clothing could only fit. Along with being a ex carrier when shipment is made either the company would send a box with the shoes in it & the packaging with the clothing so there's only 1 SKU NUMBER or have to send 2-3 different packages due to the clothing being separate which would result in sending a SKU number for each individual package. Well that didn't happen they clearly sent a link showing what was supposed to have been my order which was not the shoes I purchased once they realized their mistake in this after over 15 emails back and forth. They reshipped one of the pair of shoes & automatically refunded the other pair due to no longer having the size with no option to choose another item or different size as they had my original size I just order a size up for space. Then still blamed it on the carrier when it was clearly FASHION NOVA issue apologizing on the behalf of another company. This statement I made is completely nice compared to the sarcastic emails I've received. After 2 weeks later off it's original delivery date. & don't think you'll get even a 1% off of your next purchase even after hassles when there at fault.
My daughter ordered a dress and had to return it because it was too small. We never recieved a gift card for the return. My daughter contacted them many times and they kept sending her a 4 digit number that we couldn't even use. This company is a rip-off, that's why they have no way to contact them by phone. First of this company do not have a phone contact, you can only reach customer service through emails. If the carrier provides proof that your package was delivered their solution would be, it's not their problem because it said it was delivered, contact the police. You will not get a refund nor a replacement. I paid over $240 for both my orders and was only given a $15 E-Gift card to shop with them! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I reached out to customer service via email several times with proof of everything I was stating and kept getting repetitive messages each time, NEVER A SOLUTION. How is it the customers fault if your package was delivered by carrier (GSO/GSL they contracted) to the wrong apartment! I'm NEVER ordering from this company. Clothes aren't bad but I strongly dislike their policies. They sent me the wrong jacket size and I couldn't return it because they said you can only return something with in ten days receiving it. Meanwhile I received the jacket as a birthday gift so the jacket was ordered ahead of time. Also I ordered some clothes on accident and immediately tried to cancel my order and was told I couldn't I would have to wait for it to be delivered then return it. It's just a way for them to keep your money because they only give store credit.

I ordered my item and I didn't received my package. They said the package was delivered but I didn't received it. I contacted them and I asked for the items to be re shipped or for me to get reimbursed so that I can reorder. They told me straight up that I cannot get a refund neither will they reshipped my order. I spend hundreds of dollars here. Not just me my sibling friends and mom. The way they dealt with the situation there is no way fashion nova care about there customers. Just know that this situation will have everybody I know who shop here stop shopping. This is the worst company when it comes to customer services. They don't care about their customers they care about the money. I have made a returned to this company twice and they did not give my refund. They claim to give gift cards and I did not receive it. I have contacted them numerous times and they will only complicate issues. The first I contacted them. They asked for the tracking number I used to ship the items. When I provided them with a tracking number. The next thing they did was to asked me to take a picture of the tracking label and send. From one complications to another. And they succeeded to get me frustrated and not to ask for my refund anymore. I will never make a purchase to this company.

They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.
