I would stay away if it wasn't for their clothes that fit me. It makes me extremely frustrated that they think that they can take advantage of their good apparel and so they don't need to take their customer's seriously. Everytime I order from there, my clothes come in so late that the event i was going to wear them to, already passed. I send an email every time and they treat me as if i am a robot. They don't apologize, they send a sentence back and they don't give you anything or help with anything except where the package is, which i can look up by myself if i wanted to. Horrible and frustrating really.

The response took forever was not helpful. Blamed USPS about my order being delayed after I already told them I contacted USPS and said it was on fashion novas end. However fashion nova associate Beth took 0 responsibility and was extremely useless. So disappointed

I PAID FOR AN ITEM AMONGST THREE OTHER ITEMS THAT WERE ORDERED ON JANUARY 11TH AND AFTER I ORDERED AND PAID FOR THIS I RECIEVED AN EMAIL THE FOLLOWING DAY STATING THAT ONE OF MY ITEMS WAS NO LONGER IN STOCK AND I WOULD RECIEVE MY CREDIT WITHIN 24-48 HOURS. IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER 1 WEEK AND NO ONE HAS PROVIDED ME WITH THIS CREDIT INFORMATION WHATSOEVER. I'VE EMAILED NUMEROUS TIMES AND NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO ANSWER MY QUESTION REGARDING MY CREDIT. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD AND I WILL BE POSTING THIS EVERYWHERE IF I DON'T GET MY CREDIT BACK.
Answer: I received a full refund via original form of payment which was Paypal. I emailed them daily, reported them to the Better Business Bureau and opened a claim with PayPal. They sent me a store credit but I refused it and threatened legal counsel. Money was refunded in full 3 days later. Do not let this establishment bully you.

Answer: Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. If your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.
