I was interested in a few clothing items and when the sales rep gave me my balance, I questioned why it was so high. She immediately wanted to transfer me to her Supervisor to check the price. Of course, the price was much higher than shown on television. Also, the rep had already charged my Debit Card! Now, even though I made it clear to do not run my card until we confirm the prices, I have to wait 3-5 business days to have this transaction reversed! I will never purchase anything from them! Ever!
On phone with customer service for over hour. The agent was very pleasant. It was in reference to a price drop. She spoke to supervisor. Decision I get credit.
Guess what received email. No deal
Next, a few weeks ago I saw an item interested in buying. Called. Did not know item no. Hung up on me. Not once. Called again. Hung up.

Awful company. I purchased an expensive watch for my husband's birthday, and the watch was defective. Evine would not take it back because it was over the 30 days, although the watch had been opened less than a week ago. Customer Service throw the policy at you, without consideration of any special circumstances. Clearly they value revenue over customer satisfaction. Bottom line, I'm out of my money and my husband without the watch. This will be my last dealing with Evine.
Worse company ever! I will never order anything from these thieves. I sent back some cheap boots and paid $12 for priority shipping to them and they said flatly since the boots were outside the 30 day policy they would not refund my $$$. They can keep their junky secondhand products with customer service like this I can spend my $$$ elsewhere easily. Buyer beware. They wanted to keep my $$$ and the boots! Yeah right... NOT happening
Evine holds no comparison to HSN or QVC on subscription/auto flex items.
The accounting procedure is not the same as quoted by host for value pay.
No two reps give the same explanation -it is as if they have no clue.
I will NEVER use Evine again. They have randomly charged my debit card and not in
Standards witht the host quoted value pay. The refunds are marked on the account however take 2 weeks to be processed -stating it is the bank. When the account shows the returned item received but you call and the refund has not yet been processed.

I had a problem with Shophq. My mom moved in with me. Without authorization they linked our accounts together and refuse to allow her to order. Just because my elderly mother moved in with me they will not allow her to purchase anything. This network sucks! The ONLY thing she would have ordered was an Invicta watch. This company is worthless
Be careful when you purchase from Evine. Purchased item, then my credit card got stolen. Updated my payment account at Evine when they notified me payment did not go through. I called them to confirm they received the new information. Two month later a collection agency called. I had to pay them and then two month later called me again. They said Evine did not let them know the account was updated and satisfied. Another problem I had with them is when I ordered an item and updated my address for it to be shipped too. When I did not receive it, I called them. What did they say about it. Contact your Post Office or hope it gets returned or forwarded to your new address. Not a thing they can do. This is the last time I will order from them. I going to stick to HSN or QVC, they have much better products. They would refund my account or send me a new item
I bought a refurbished apple tablet and it never worked for me. Called evine many times, they gave me a number and where to go. They wanted to charge me $125.00 and I said no. They told me I could go to apple store. In the mean time I was going to send tablet back and dropped it and a crack was in it. Evine would not take it back. The lady at evine said they do not check these refurbished when they are sent to them. They don't know if they work or not. Anyway I am paying on ax$500.00 dollar tablet I have never been able to use. This will take years. Apple told me they would charge me 500.00 to fix. Eve though the tablet was cracked they know I could never get it to work anyway. Don't trust evine.
They kept removing money from my card without permission! Beware of this crooked company! I cancelled my order that had not shipped yet and am now waiting for my refund. Worried that I may not get my money back.
I have shopped w/ Evine for many years and recently paid off the credit card I had w/ them. I recently ordered an item from them w/ my own bank credit card and got an email that a credit check was made through one of the major credit companies, equifax! What the hell? This was on Val u pay and my own personal money and they do a hard credit check? Horrible! I will never shop w/ them again! Never knew this was being done and dont know what the benefit would be when ordering from them. Lesson learned the hard way!
Kendy and melissa are the worst tv hosts ive ever seen... they talk with an air of desperation in their voice and repeat the same corny stuff over and over... especially when their desperate to fill air time. Its just nauseating... like car salesman... i hust turn the channel
Who in the world told these hostesses that you can pinch the the heel cup to make it fit tighter. Duh, these are supposed to slip up and down, pinky finger width between heel of your foot and heel of the clog. These are to act like regular clogs, the sole should NOT bend at all. The wide heel cup is only there for OSHA regulations for safety in the workplace. I have never seen anyone so ignorant about these shoes
I just bought a tv on the phone with them and shortly received a credit alert stating they did a credit inquiry. One if i knew they were going to do this i would not of bought from them and two no one told me over the phone that this was part of the process for installment payments. I will never buy from them again. Sneaky Sneaky Sneaky!
Purchased Todd English cookware set, plus other pieces from collection. Performance was great, finish on outside began to chip within a month. Spent more than $375 on products.
Have been attempting to get resolution since March 15. Just getting the runaround between Evine and the manufacturer. Still have a value pay on two of the items.

I received 2 beautiful blouses and leggings as a gift from my daughter. The fit is perfect and the leggings are so very comfortable. However, after ONE time in the washing machine, following the care instructions on the tag, the tassel/ties shredded on each shirt! The tassel pieces were found on the bottom of the washer. I own quite a bit of clothing purchased through Evine, but WILL NOT be buying any more. Customer service won't help me because I didn't make the purchase. When my daughter calls all she gets is put on hold or transferred to other people, a big run around. Evine clothing isn't worth the money. Will shop elsewhere.
Watch out. Order two of the same items in different colors, pay expedited freight, and they only ship 1 of the 2 the faster way. Plus it takes them a week or more to ship! Stick with the other shopping channels who don't tun shipping charge scams.
I bought a toy for my son that lasted about one month. I found the product had no customer service so I requested support from evine. Essentially I was told 'tough luck' it is not our issue. What a sad operation.
Ordered invicta watches and handbag, on November 15,2016, paid in full. Still no order in my order status, still no merchandise, call everyday and get run around, go from customer service, to credit, back to customer service, ask for supervisor and refuse to put me through. Cant explain glitch, then they say warehouse problem, then a tech glitch, then wrong county, then back to reorder, and cycle continues all over again for three weeks, I am frozen out of Evine and no one takes responsibility or solves problem. Thank God I have QVC. My sons birthday has come and gone and as of December 3, still no resolve... Unbelievable!
Evine live over-drafted my bank account by taking more payments than they were supposed to. When I called to try to straighten it out with him the lady I spoke to was extremely rude and has forced me to contact my bank and take further steps to stop this from happening. With the exception of the Invicta watches all of their product is junk. If you do business with these people your best bet is to cash them out and do not set up a payment plan or they will screw you over.
I seriously have tried about 100 different makeup lines. The prices ranging from $5 to $65. Skinn cosmetics foundation is the best thing I've ever used. My search is finally over, thank god. I could list everything I love about it, but will just say that it's perfect for my skin. Im 62 and have age spot that I hate. I also have wrinkled under my eyes, not bad though. I've taken care of my skin. The foundation covers and conceals everything without looking like a mask. I almost cried when i realized it was what ive been looking for, exactly. So now, after 20 yrs of trying everything, I use ONLY skinn shampoo, skinn cosmetics and skinn skincare. Thank u Dimitri. You really do care and tell the truth about what u sell.
Answer: Not at all. I would stay as far away from evine as I could. Especially when buying something like a watch as a gift for your wife. Their customer service is non existent. They will not even answer the phone. Don't take a chance on your wife being heartbroken when it goes bad and no one will be there for you after the sale. You would be much better off to buy something like that locally where if something quits you can take it back. I hope this helps you.
Answer: I totally believe they are ripping you off but there is not much you can do. If you don't pay them they will ruin your credit. And they will start calling everyone you know and tell them you are a deadbeat. When you file a complaint with the attorney general, the Minnesota Department of Commerce or the Better Business Bureau don't expect that they will actually do any thing about the situation. All they do is send a letter to Evine saying there has been a complaint and asking them for a response, but they do not actually do anything to help you resolve the situation. Pay the money. Then stop shopping there and make sure you tell everyone you know how dishonest they are so they don't get burned too. By the way, if you want to remove your private information from your account make sure you do it before you close the account because they will not remove it and they will lock you from being able to take it out.
