I ordered the Deen Brothers pots and pans.
They were great! No problem there!
The problem is they placed 2 pendings on my credit card for the same one item!
One pending submitted and I received the pots and pans yesterday!
The other pending is still showing on my credit card account. As long as it shows on the account it uses the available credit on your credit card! So I've had to call the credit card company and Evine and it's crazy that I should have to make them take the hold off my credit card!
Be very careful they told me this was common practice! I will not be ordering from them again!

Fake watch

I purchased a watch from EVINE that "supposed" to have diamonds in the bezel but as soon as I recieved the merchandise i had it appraised at a creditable jewelry store. Not only were the diamonds fake, the watch didnt fit neither. The Invicta line is fake. I thought i was getting a good deal on a 1500 dollar watch for 500 dollars but no. Then they have enough nerves to put what i owe on my credit for lack of payment. Sounds like i gotta get my lawyer on this.

I have bought much too much from Evine. The one thing that really bugs me is if you buy multiples of items with expensive shipping and handling, you have to pay full shipping and handling for each and every item in package. At first, I thought they sent each item individually but that is not so. If you charge $9 for the first item and I get 5, all are packaged in one box and I am sure it does not cost $45 to ship it to me.
Care about your customers. Don't be so very GREEDY!

I've been waiting for my Evine refund for 6 weeks, only to get the items I returned shipped back to me via UPS. I had to sign for the delivery (I didn't know what it was) and that was their reason for not refunding me. I got the same clothes that DIDN'T fit back in the mail after them having it in the warehouse for 4 weeks. I won't shop there again.

Bad Jewelry

I bought to bracelets from Evine they were both defective! I sent them back one was in 3o days other wasn't they said if I sent back they would make it good! I sent back they said it did not get their in time I am 45 mins from where it was sent to. This bracelet was defective don't buy jewelry from Evine

Evine will not stand behind the products they sell. I purchased a purse in February and the strap broke in April. Evine didn't really could care less about solving the problem, i. E., repairing or replacing.

I attempted to explain a problem where I sent in a payment of $200 that was cashed but not credited to my account and before I could explain the situation the women told me I had to speak to the bank and I told her I had already spoke with the bank and her response was this is not the bank (4 or 5 time) without letting me speak at which time the call was put on hold. After listening to the recording for a while I hung up attempted to call again but surprisingly all lines where continually busy and I could not get anyone on the line. When I finally got an answer I was immediately transferred to the bank who transferred me to a collection third party collection service who in return give me evine live customer service number and still no one looked for my check that was cashed by someone in the evine office. My only option is to call and attempt to speak with someone that almost could give a dam or file a claim with the BBB

I called them many times about items I bought on 10/20/16 and they wouldn't take back. I spent over $1500. 00. Items they left at my door step in a trailer park. THEY TOLD ME I CAN SEND BACK ANYTHING POSTMARK 1/31/17. This problem is going on over 3 months. I have Diabetes and glucose and bleed pressure is high. I hope to get help here.

Found out a ring purchased went from approximately over 200 bucks to 40. At time of purchase, told i had extended return and credit if price d ropped it was a plated ring over sterling in fact i do not know reason the so call designer would plate sterling silver with no option for sterling alone

Anyway i noticed a price drop i called. My husband is a witness too after over hour customer service agent told me her supervisor agreed to the credit, also tells one how high markups are... Anyway rec email on order, no credit next try to email customer service. Emails cannot be delivered tried call cs. Told only sales they broke their promise they can keep overpriced junk local stores and many online stores have better service, including amazion and brick ad morter stores.com

Bought a phone from these people, agreed to flex pay and set it up on my credit card. My credit monitoring people alerted my that they did a hard inquiry that caused my credit score to drop. I have never applied for a credit card or any kind of credit from them. Never, Never again will I buy Anything from Evine If There was a Zero star button for your rating I would surely give it to you.

All in one day!
1. Placed order on my credit card. Agreed to use value pay. Thought my value pays would be on my credit card each month. (56.00) in charges. My order canceled after a credit check was done on me. I at no time wanted to apply for Evines credit card.

2. Called order department and re ordered the same; phone paying in full with same credit card.

3. Asked agent to explain the minutes, triple for life plan. She did not know what I was talking about. Told her that I just saw it on tv. No help from her.

4. Big flag wave... checked customer satisfaction on Evine, very dismal report.
I don't want to do business with a company with that much of a bad report.

5. Since the service was with Trac Phone, checked their report. Very poor report.

I just simply do not want to do business with either company. That is my opinion.

Sent e-mail to Evine to NOT ship. This was all done in a short time in one day.

Have asked for refund on my credit card, which as of today has not been charged.

I just hope you never have any thing get lost, I have been ordering from them for a long time. But NEVER AGAIN. If they loss your package forget they act like it's you fault. I had to call Ups, then the post office it was received at, I BELIVE THE GIRL Angel is keeping everything.It never makes it to the right post office in her hands.Other companies refund you. BUT NOT EVINE, even when you all the correct post office that Angel should have sent it to., Just don't deal with them your better off!

Going Political?

I've noticed show hosts as well as models are all wearing white. Could this be in response to President Trumps address when all of the female democratic party wore white to represent the suffragette movement? Really? And wouldn't stand in honor of a fallen military hero? How petty and ridiculous. Evine, you may fool some of the people, but you don't fool me. I wouldn't use your products if they were given to me for free.

Bad customer service

Just received this watch today, it was a Valentine's Day present for my husband. When I opened the box, the case was in pieces, broken. I called and they said they can't just send a case out that I have to turn the whole thing in. I told them this watch is a limited addition and they are all sold out. They told me that there is nothing they can do for me that I have to turn in the watch and the case for a full refund! This is so wrong! I don't know why they just can't just send me a case? I can't turn the whole thing in because they no longer sale this watch anymore. The guy I spoke with was Donald M. And he fefuaed to put a supervisor in the phone. He told me she was on the phone and couldn't take my call. Iv bought so many invicta watches from here for my husband. I will think twice before buying another one. This is rediculious.

Horrible!

Thieves! Their accounting is all over the place, makes no sense, doesn't add up, they close your account without telling you, all of a sudden you receive a collections notice, so you contact Evine, and all they have to say is sorry, we closed your account and can longer help you? So now I had to go through all my financial statements, and of course nothing adds up, and I paid actually more in total than what I owed... what?

I have been shopping at Evine... for over 15 years/since they were SHOP NBC/SHOP HQ/AND NOW EVINE... I have spent many thousands of dollars with them... I mean 2 Fridges/AN EXPENSIVE 10 THOUSAND BTU PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER/SAMSUNG TV/Couch/Lamps/Cosmetics/Skin Care/Cook Ware/Pots and Pans/Clothing/Gourmet Foods/Cooking Appliances/Jewelry
My boyfriend bought me a ring from Evine for Xmas...
Though I have a size five ring finger... he ordered size 7... it did not fit
So I packed it up to return it... it was extended Xmas returns till January 31/2017
In the meantime my 94 year old Father passed away...
And i was so distracted by this... that I sent this back on Jan 31/ 2017
Thinking that it needed to be postmarked by Jan 31/2017
Well they did not accept this return... since the item they say needed to be in their warehouse and will not give me a refund... even though it was not my fault that a supposed size 7 ring did no even fit my size 5 ring finger...
Due to the fact that I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 decades... having spent a lot/lot of money with EVINE... and even though we had a death in my family...
EVINE would not make an exception for a loyal customer... and now THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND AND ARE SENDING ME BACK THIS RING THAT DOES NOT FIT ME...
NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM VERY VERY UPSET BY THIS
WHAT KIND OF REPUTABLE COMPANY DOES THIS TO A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER... and with a death in my family...
I AM POSTING THIS HERE... BECAUSE I AM VERY UPSET AND FEEL BADLY TREATED BY THIS COMPANY...
And I want people on Facebook to know how badly EVINE LIVE treats good paying loyal customers

Items were shipped to wrong address and received product I didn't order Was told it was my error since I placed order on tablet and selected incorrect address. Their explanation for getting an order which I never made was that it must have been in my shopping cart. I never had any item in my shopping cart. I will never shop with Evine again

Ordered invicta watches and handbag, on November 15,2016, paid in full. Still no order in my order status, still no merchandise, call everyday and get run around, go from customer service, to credit, back to customer service, ask for supervisor and refuse to put me through. Cant explain glitch, then they say warehouse problem, then a tech glitch, then wrong county, then back to reorder, and cycle continues all over again for three weeks, I am frozen out of Evine and no one takes responsibility or solves problem. Thank God I have QVC. My sons birthday has come and gone and as of December 3, still no resolve... Unbelievable!

Ive been a customer for years. I remember back in the days when they were shopnbc shop hq... lol. Im 38yrs old. I started buying watches from them. Love thei valupays. Ive ordered shoes and electronics for gifts too!.
