Question:

So i was planning on buying my wife a watch well one for each and i seen allot of bad reviews should i still trust it?

Answer:

Not at all. I would stay as far away from evine as I could. Especially when buying something like a watch as a gift for your wife. Their customer service is non existent. They will not even answer the phone. Don't take a chance on your wife being heartbroken when it goes bad and no one will be there for you after the sale. You would be much better off to buy something like that locally where if something quits you can take it back. I hope this helps you.

Question:

I have always bought on evine on easy pay on my evine card all but 100.00 is left to pay on all value pay but my evine card says i owe 560.00 i need to know what else am i paying for besides products after this will never buy another item with them i will stck with honest company like hsn and qvc

Answer:

I totally believe they are ripping you off but there is not much you can do. If you don't pay them they will ruin your credit. And they will start calling everyone you know and tell them you are a deadbeat. When you file a complaint with the attorney general, the Minnesota Department of Commerce or the Better Business Bureau don't expect that they will actually do any thing about the situation. All they do is send a letter to Evine saying there has been a complaint and asking them for a response, but they do not actually do anything to help you resolve the situation. Pay the money. Then stop shopping there and make sure you tell everyone you know how dishonest they are so they don't get burned too. By the way, if you want to remove your private information from your account make sure you do it before you close the account because they will not remove it and they will lock you from being able to take it out.

Question:

Answer:

The whole company seems to be corrupt and why do they not even post their legal name which is shopnbc. I only found out because I put a complaint in to the better business bureau and had to file against shopnbc... no one I spoke with seems to ever heard the name Evine. Anyway I have a good case against them, plenty of evidence but no energy or money to fight them, so all I can do is say do your home work first and if you see something suspicious, as you have, check it out thourgly. I bought an expensive tv from them and it lasted two months, one month past their warranty, however they are still advertising that tv till this day as having a two year warranty from the company. They are unable to provide a provide a policy number or warranty company name for me so the manufacture has asked me to pay $550.00 for repairs on a tv that went totally black after two months. The maker of the tv says it has an internal damage and could of been caused by anything but won't cover it without that policy number. When I took shoopnbc to BBB, they replied that they couldn't help me cause I refused to provide emails to them. This had nothing to do with me getting a policy name or number. As I sit here typing this Evine is running commercials and lying about warranty that a bogus... and I think to myself, what else are they doing?

Question:

Are the high end watches they sell authentic ?

Answer:

Yes they are in fact 100% authentic. Ive ordered 3 oris watches 1 vreitling and 2 tag heuers. Gave my certified master watchmaker 100.00 to verify them and he gave me the thumbs up! Absolute awesome service too! Only thing that sucks is the waiting game. Because theonly ones they offer super express shipping on are their home branss like crappy invicta and deep blue. By the way the waiting game isnt terrible either. Maybe 5-6 days. Cheers. I LOVE valu pays. Also just ordered the oris propilot 45mm from them. They had it for a black friday sale for 659.00 plus a 20% off coupon. It came out too 532.00!. Its a grey market just like jomashop or workdofwatches and such.

Question:

They cancelled my order how long does it take to refund me my money

Answer:

Well, first of all Kim, why was your order cancelled? They should of never taken your order if there was not enough funds to cover the cost. Was this a case of ordering your item and then sending in a check or money order? If this is the case, you only have so many days to get your money to them or they do cancel your order. So, #1-did you verify your credit card or debit card was charged, or ck to see if your personal check was cashed, do this first thru your bank, then #2- if you sent a money order, there is a toll free number on the stub you can call to see if it was cashed. After you verify they have your money it usually takes about 30 days to get your card reversed or a company check issued.to you. If it has been over 30 days, start first with their company credit office, if possible talk to a supervisor. Advise this person that your order was cancelled and you need your money refunded asap, Be sure to write down the names of everyone you talk to, date, and time. I would call weekly if necessay until you receive your money. Also remember you can send a report to the BBB. Hope this helps you
