Answer:
Not at all. I would stay as far away from evine as I could. Especially when buying something like a watch as a gift for your wife. Their customer service is non existent. They will not even answer the phone. Don't take a chance on your wife being heartbroken when it goes bad and no one will be there for you after the sale. You would be much better off to buy something like that locally where if something quits you can take it back. I hope this helps you.

Answer:
I totally believe they are ripping you off but there is not much you can do. If you don't pay them they will ruin your credit. And they will start calling everyone you know and tell them you are a deadbeat. When you file a complaint with the attorney general, the Minnesota Department of Commerce or the Better Business Bureau don't expect that they will actually do any thing about the situation. All they do is send a letter to Evine saying there has been a complaint and asking them for a response, but they do not actually do anything to help you resolve the situation. Pay the money. Then stop shopping there and make sure you tell everyone you know how dishonest they are so they don't get burned too. By the way, if you want to remove your private information from your account make sure you do it before you close the account because they will not remove it and they will lock you from being able to take it out.
