I totally believe they are ripping you off but there is not much you can do. If you don't pay them they will ruin your credit. And they will start calling everyone you know and tell them you are a deadbeat. When you file a complaint with the attorney general, the Minnesota Department of Commerce or the Better Business Bureau don't expect that they will actually do any thing about the situation. All they do is send a letter to Evine saying there has been a complaint and asking them for a response, but they do not actually do anything to help you resolve the situation. Pay the money. Then stop shopping there and make sure you tell everyone you know how dishonest they are so they don't get burned too. By the way, if you want to remove your private information from your account make sure you do it before you close the account because they will not remove it and they will lock you from being able to take it out.

Evine is no different from any other shopping channel on the internet, out to rip you of, if you only owe $ 100.00 and the tell you you owe a lot more, buy a piece of jewelry an expesive one,,,, not cheap, let them take one payment. Then stop. Get a new card and new number, tell them everything is paid in full, and never to bother you again, do as the do. Dont get ripped of, that is what the are there for, and to many fall for that, stay away from shoping channels. Jyv. Evine,, qvc,, hsn, the rip you of,

1. Could anyone else be using your card?
2. Call and ask for a statement showing all charges, then compare charges against payments.
3. If everything cks out and you are right, call EVINE and ask to speak to a person in charge of their credit dept and ask for an explanation of the charges and then advise them what you found out.
4. If they don't make it right with you, CANCEL your card!
5. You can then lodge a complaint thru your "Atty General's Office in your state and the state EVINE is located in.
