Not at all. I would stay as far away from evine as I could. Especially when buying something like a watch as a gift for your wife. Their customer service is non existent. They will not even answer the phone. Don't take a chance on your wife being heartbroken when it goes bad and no one will be there for you after the sale. You would be much better off to buy something like that locally where if something quits you can take it back. I hope this helps you.

Stay away. I have had no issues with QVC or HSN but Amazon is my favorite online store; however for a watch I suggest you go out and find one and then search for the best price either in a store or online -- just no Evine - they are terrible

If you see to many complains. I would stay away from evine and any other shopping channel. If you have a wall mart. Or a mall near you. You are much better of buying watches. Most independent chopping channels are out to rip the costumer of, otherwise there woulden. T be that many complains,,

Based on my personal experience I would not buy from them. Are you planning on using value pay? Because if you do, you could really open yourself to a lot of problems. They will do a credit check that will make your credit rating go down, because they don't actually give you a credit card, they just make an inquiry. Then if they let you buy it and there is any problem with the payment (my bank flagged them as a fraudulent company and wouldn't process my payment to them) they will start calling other people you know and tell them you are not making your payments. If things like that don't bother you then go ahead and shop there.

Well, good question. Several things to keep in mind, 1. Pick from a good, reputable, company name, that way if Evine doesn't honor any problems you could have, after 30 days are up you can contact the company. 2. Make sure you keep ALL RECEIPTS, you may need them for proof of purchase. 3. Pay attention to what Evine offers for warranties on your purchases. I know they are trying to change things but they really need to focus on their customers and listen to them when they have issues with the people they employ! If all else fails, buy at a local jewelry store. Hope this helps you. Happy Birthday to your wife, I am sure she'll like whatever you get her!
