All in one day!
1. Placed order on my credit card. Agreed to use value pay. Thought my value pays would be on my credit card each month. (56.00) in charges. My order canceled after a credit check was done on me. I at no time wanted to apply for Evines credit card.

2. Called order department and re ordered the same; phone paying in full with same credit card.

3. Asked agent to explain the minutes, triple for life plan. She did not know what I was talking about. Told her that I just saw it on tv. No help from her.

4. Big flag wave... checked customer satisfaction on Evine, very dismal report.
I don't want to do business with a company with that much of a bad report.

5. Since the service was with Trac Phone, checked their report. Very poor report.

I just simply do not want to do business with either company. That is my opinion.

Sent e-mail to Evine to NOT ship. This was all done in a short time in one day.

Have asked for refund on my credit card, which as of today has not been charged.

ENVINE/ VALUEPAY

Customer BEWARE! When you use VALUEPAY, ENVINE checks your credit, and it is a HARD HIT! I have read everywhere on their site, and I could not locate anything about them doing an inquiry on your credit. Is it in such small that you need a magnifying glass to read? Where did I miss this information? I did not apply for a credit card. I only used the VALUEPAY they offer. I called customer service to inquire why they made an an inquiry on my credit report. Received no reasonable explanation, just that it will not be removed! I have shopped with HSN, QVC and used easy pays and have never seen an inquiry on my credit report! And I do not understand how they got my Social Security number! WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE

I happen to pull my credit and saw where Evine has pulled my credit TWICE. I had no clue when you choose these value pays I FILED A BBB COMPALNT AND THEY PULL YOUR CREDIT WHEN YOU DO CERTAIN VALUE PAYS AND ITS THE ONES THAT GO AGAINST YOUR CREDIT SCORE. I AM FURIOUS! THERE WAS NOTHING STATING MY CREDIT WAS BEING PULLED WHEN I PURCHASED AND PICKED THE VALUE PAY OPTION!

Pdate I found it out the $18.99 that I owed on 1st Value pau that Evine liars club aka customer service told me we put this thru your bank on 3/3/2016, n you had NSF. Liar I said no that has to be wrong since ordered it n two others on the 1st n there was monies still in my account on 3rd again you r wrong. I had been sick so hadn't checked my bank statement. Well. Well Evine never even billed me for it not on the 3rd. 4th. Etc. Liars! And now this just gets weirder I was comparing the amounts shown that r being billed to my bank n to the amounts on invoice n emailed breakdown of value payments The total number of items ordered on easy pay are 14 the amounts are all off by cents n a dollar here n there. Going to my bank tomorrow and show them. Also I had ordered n received a set of 5stack rings with sapphire stones valued at $300.00 of course one came with missing stone n since I was recovering from pneumonia the 30 days had passed n no refund for you n forget paying for shipping n handling again. I used to shop when they were Shop NBC no problems n excellent quality. But now Evine sucks pretty much across the board pretty sure their customer service r teen mall rats paid by commission the more people they ignore. Lie to. Are rude to. The better for them.If I had 20 bucks for each time I told the girl I talked to Could you please stop interrupting me so I explain the problem to you. I would have enough to pay them their hard earned blood money. They receive thru fraud. Deceit n intimidation. Already reported them to federal consumer commission. Good riddens! Evine. E-lie. Evil. Rating negative 5.

Stoopidly (stupid is as stupid does right?) I purchased a few items off their TV infoM. Took almost 3 weeks to get. One item shipped directly from "manufacturer" (right, out of the country!) Called them the day after I got it, asked for a return merchandise code, since the non us product didn't come with a return label like the crappy little US item did) convenient. Called them, on hold for over 40 minutes both times. Finally I get someone, and she is a complete $#*!. Got rude, kept interrupting me (apparently she had something to say!) Finally she agrees to send me a prepaid label to return it. I do so. Two weeks pass, and no credit is issued. I call again (it's been over a month) Another guy gets on, promises that my credit card would be credited that very day (and then there is this property in Florida...) One, Two, Three days pass. Nothing. Call back today. Another agent tells me it got done today... I ask why today and not three days ago as promised. She said she didn't know, but would make sure it got done today. I said " but you said it was already done" She said yes. Do I want to talk to credit dept. I did. Transfer to another agent who says, "it's not her job" but she can verify that a credit went out today" then went on to say it might take 3 to 5 business banking days for the credit to show up at my bank. LOLOL... I told her "Congress passes laws quicker" Amazing how a company that has a budget to do informercials, can be such scammers. The first OOMPA LOOMPA compensated me by giving me a 10:00 credit to buy something else! Right. NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM EVINE. EVER. PERIOD.

My mother generously ordered my 2 children Hoverboards for Christmas from Evine. Upon arrival and checking boards out we noticed a couple of things, first was not the brand ordered and second the Lithium battery that was supposed to be Samsung was a "no name". With all of the news of these hoverboards catching fire( due to cheap wiring & bad batteries) we immediately contacted Evine as well as the company on the hoverboard. Evine had No answers, but the company Orbit, was full of them. First off Orbit did not make them, Orbit is a company located in Florida and they do not do business with Evine! They do however sell boards, but call them Waves and are made in the USA. Called Evine back & after giving me the run around told me, i was correct it was not Orbit, but a company named World Toy tech(i couldnt find them on their website!
My point, all i requested from Evine was a paid return voucher for their bogus product, not much I thought since they sent me a " fake" product. According to them they only send vochers for defective products? I asked to speak with a Supervisor, no surprise, they would have to call me back, i was Ok w/ that and gave them my phone number instead of my Elderly mothers. Few hours pass & my mother calls me telling me they refused the return label( they were supposed to call me) i call them again, explained the situation again & upon giving Joshua my phone number he tells me the supervisor can only call the account holder back, i said fine, I'll hold, Joshua replied" there is no holding for a superviser, they can only call the account holder back" Really, no supervisor, that in itself is just wrong!
Whatever, i said i wanted to leave a message with all of the info than and my phone number once again, he took it, but ended with... They will only call account holder back!
Thank God the credit card company has stop payment! You cant advertise a product with

A bogus company name on it & not expect reaction! Also in order to put this review you have to hit a star, this company is not worthy of any stars, but i needed to send it through

I have been shopping at Evine... for over 15 years/since they were SHOP NBC/SHOP HQ/AND NOW EVINE... I have spent many thousands of dollars with them... I mean 2 Fridges/AN EXPENSIVE 10 THOUSAND BTU PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER/SAMSUNG TV/Couch/Lamps/Cosmetics/Skin Care/Cook Ware/Pots and Pans/Clothing/Gourmet Foods/Cooking Appliances/Jewelry
My boyfriend bought me a ring from Evine for Xmas...
Though I have a size five ring finger... he ordered size 7... it did not fit
So I packed it up to return it... it was extended Xmas returns till January 31/2017
In the meantime my 94 year old Father passed away...
And i was so distracted by this... that I sent this back on Jan 31/ 2017
Thinking that it needed to be postmarked by Jan 31/2017
Well they did not accept this return... since the item they say needed to be in their warehouse and will not give me a refund... even though it was not my fault that a supposed size 7 ring did no even fit my size 5 ring finger...
Due to the fact that I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 decades... having spent a lot/lot of money with EVINE... and even though we had a death in my family...
EVINE would not make an exception for a loyal customer... and now THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND AND ARE SENDING ME BACK THIS RING THAT DOES NOT FIT ME...
NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM VERY VERY UPSET BY THIS
WHAT KIND OF REPUTABLE COMPANY DOES THIS TO A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER... and with a death in my family...
I AM POSTING THIS HERE... BECAUSE I AM VERY UPSET AND FEEL BADLY TREATED BY THIS COMPANY...
And I want people on Facebook to know how badly EVINE LIVE treats good paying loyal customers
SO BECAUSE OF THEIR UNREASONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES... WHICH TO EVINE... A MULTI MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY. IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS...

TERRIBLE OVERALL

I ordered a 56mm Invicta Thunderbolt & a 48mm Pro Divers on 7/14/16. I was given an in home date of the 25th. Once the package arrived on the 30th, it was an Excursion Twisted Metal(definitely not what I ordered)contacted customer service the same day to be told by Greg, that the Property Diver was never shipped, however the Thunderbolt would be express shipped & would arrive on Tuesday Aug 2nd. Needless to say nothing came. Contacted customer service once again, only to be told the Thunderbolt was packaged waiting for p/u in the warehouse, wth! It had not been shipped & furthermore I was told the Property Diver was out of stock, which at the time of purchase that wasn't the case. The Thunderbolt was $501.00 & the Property Diver was $93.59, so how is it I've paid $594.59 in full, but have not received my merchandise? I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY AGAIN, EVER! If you want your purchase on time, you're better off going to the store, don't waste your time with Evine!
