Bought through. QVC, HSN are really good. They care about their customers. BUT EVINE Customer Service (if you feel like waiting that long to speak to someone) is the most Matter of Fact, Uncaring, Unfriendly you will ever deal with all the way to Superviser to (get this) the presidents office at the corporate offices! No wonder the consumer ratings are SO LOW. Check them out. Save Yourself the Frustration and Shop at QVC.

I just hope you never have any thing get lost, I have been ordering from them for a long time. But NEVER AGAIN. If they loss your package forget they act like it's you fault. I had to call Ups, then the post office it was received at, I BELIVE THE GIRL Angel is keeping everything.It never makes it to the right post office in her hands.Other companies refund you. BUT NOT EVINE, even when you all the correct post office that Angel should have sent it to., Just don't deal with them your better off!

Poor shipping practices and rude customer service reps. When you get someone from the Presidents office they are even ruder and non helpful. Shop elsewhere and save the headaches.
I was making a small purchase using the FLEX PAY OPTION offered like HSN and QVC and EVINE cancels my order with no explanation and then 3 days later I got a letter from EQUIFAX about EVINE researching my credit. I am pissed I did not give anyone permission to run a credit check on me nor did I give my SS# or DOB. HOW are they legally doing this without such information?

I called them many times about items I bought on 10/20/16 and they wouldn't take back. I spent over $1500. 00. Items they left at my door step in a trailer park. THEY TOLD ME I CAN SEND BACK ANYTHING POSTMARK 1/31/17. This problem is going on over 3 months. I have Diabetes and glucose and bleed pressure is high. I hope to get help here.
Since 2005 I have purchased ISOMERS skin care from ShopNBC/SHOP HQ /Evine. LOTS. And sometimes a computer, shoes and other expensive items. This FRAUD of a so called company had the gall to check my credit, affecting my credit score, even after my CC was stolen! And I had already called to give them the new one and explained... but oh nooo, they didn't get it right and apparently still sent me to collections?! I tried to do it myself on_My ACCOUNT in their website-put in the new CC, and their system won't allow it. Now, it says I can get value pays or purchase. I really just smiled at this point... I was truly the most loyal Isomers customer, literally thousands and thousands of dollars. Purchasing every time they presented. I smiled because I actually felt relief, I will MAYBE order directly from Isomers, in the future. We will see, because they keep jacking up their products at crazy prices at Evine compared to their European prices (@other shop-online co.) I mean jacked up to the tune of $300 more for a serum! This is the greatest example of usurious, devaluing of loyalty, customer uncare and ungratefulness. So bad and sad for Isomers to be associated with their kind.
I ordered one item on 2. 14. 15. I ordered the same item the next day. The website gave an est delivery date of 2. 25. 15. The second order was on time. The first order did not ship by 2.18 so i emailed and was told it was in process. The order did not ship by 2.22 so i emaiked again and was told maybe its taking longer because its a different color. This is a poor explanation. The order finally shipped 2.23 and UPS shows i will not get item until 3.5. This isvunacceptable and no where near the est delivery date. When i notifiedvthem ofvthe shipping delay they should have shipped it with express shipping so it would arrive close to the est shipping date.
I ordered a pair of rain boots from Evine. They were not true to size and felt much larger than a 9. In asking what Evine would charge for my return, I was told they would deduct 6.99 + shipping which was fine+ an additional $9:99, which would mean I would receive $8:99 of the $25:97+6.99(SHIPPING) I paid for the boots.
I consider that AN UNFAIR RETURN POLICY for they do not tell you that in plain sight when an order is placed.
I ordered several watch sat the same time and the couldn't ship them together, they charged me shipping on each watch that cost $50 dollars. By by saving, Amazon much better company.
First let me say, this is the worst company ever. I started getting hang up calls so I finally did a reverse look up and it turned out to be Evine. I called them back and they accused me of non payment. I had plenty of money and my card was working every where else so it took me a long time to find out what was going on. I finally found out my bank's fraud department flagged them for fraudulent activities and wouldn't process my payment to them. In the mean time (5 days) Evine started collections and started calling and harassing my 80 year old parents who live in another city. They told them I'm a deadbeat and not making my payments. That is a violation of my privacy and totally illegal. I don't even know who else they called. It took a few days to get everything paid off on another card then I asked them to remove my information and close my account. They closed my account but will not remove my private information. Read the reviews here and the reviews on their Facebook page etc. This company is one of the worst ever. It was ok before it became Evine but now it has changed. They don't care about laws. They just do what ever they want to. And they really do not care about customers at all. Definitely not a good idea to shop there.

So I checked again today, Evine still shows the incorrect address on my account.
Yesterday in checking the possible location of my order. In speaking with the clerk she saw my billing address was correct, yet my address in auto ship still had not been updated. She mentioned that they often are last in getting the updates...?
So now since 7/18 /2017 I have had daily communication with Evine. As of 7/26/17
My address still is showing incorrectly.
The Billing dept updated, yet no other updates.
My communications with you are abrupt and seemingly uninterested in the fact I called 7/18, As the charges for your product was posted to my account. My information on the posting came from the bank not from Evine. I have emailed and called daily, yet my address in my records are not completely updated.
I would prefer to have my case sent to your supervisor, as you seem to have no ability to find my products or assist me.
As I stated I called Evine in time to get the shipper the correct information, however Evine did not have the correct tracking number, and Evine did not have the correct date of delivery.
This I will post to reviews, as I have attempted to receive some assistance from Evine and you have offered no assistance.
Please for the future send an email to your client and get the tracking numbers correct and the dates of delivery correct.
If customer service is important to you than you would see there were several chances for Evine to help and they chose not to help.

Stay Away from them and any "credit card"! If it seems too good to be true... IT IS! Will NEVER TELL YOU TO BUY FROM THEM AGAIN; even if it was cute, pretty, etc.
I order a TV and after a week I received a call from the delivery company that the TV was "lost". After more than a two weeks from the day I placed the order of non answers and non responsiveness from EVINE I was finally able to get both the deliver company and EVINE to acknowledge that the TV was lost. Guess what they did for? Told me I could file a claim to get me money back. Worst customer service from a large company I have EVER received.
I had a really solid payment history with Evine. It took me a couple years to fix a past due that they were the cause of. I was paying my bill on time according to what was due on THEIR website not the bank website. It was a new account and when I made the payments it was always accepted just fine. Turns out it had to be made directly to the bank. I was late one payment due to the info being different on the website. They said it wasn't their fault of course. OK so I fixed it and have been on time ever since. My punishment was to take away my easy pay. It was never restored. Apparently even though it has been several years one late $25.00 payment and I lost that forever. I built up to a line of credit of $5000. 00. In the month of February 2018, I made my March payment on the last day of February so it did not count as my March payment therefore I showed past due!
I was not past due. I called and They told me no problem they would fix this because it clearly showed my INTENTION was to make the March payment. Then he said no payment would be due until May. Well now my credit has been lower to $1900 which is my balance due and my interest rate shot up! And because of whatever they did this happened on a couple of my other credit cards as well! They told me nothing would be reported to the credit bureaus. Now I am going to have to check my credit reports. The only way my other companies would get on the band wagon is if the did the very thing they said they would not do. No more EVINE here folks!. They have shown me that I clearly do not matter!
I forgot to add this tidbit to my 1st review - Evine also told me that my son was also "BANNED FOR LIFE" for using VALUE PAY because we lived at the SAME ADDRESS! WHAT! So I asked, "you mean if 8 different people live at this address, having their own bank acct's, they were banned for life also? They said YES! - Now mind you, my son & I have SEPARTATE BANK ACCT'S and he had NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING from these RIP OFF ARTIST before! So, BUYERS BEWARE - you have been warned!
Answer: Not at all. I would stay as far away from evine as I could. Especially when buying something like a watch as a gift for your wife. Their customer service is non existent. They will not even answer the phone. Don't take a chance on your wife being heartbroken when it goes bad and no one will be there for you after the sale. You would be much better off to buy something like that locally where if something quits you can take it back. I hope this helps you.
Answer: I totally believe they are ripping you off but there is not much you can do. If you don't pay them they will ruin your credit. And they will start calling everyone you know and tell them you are a deadbeat. When you file a complaint with the attorney general, the Minnesota Department of Commerce or the Better Business Bureau don't expect that they will actually do any thing about the situation. All they do is send a letter to Evine saying there has been a complaint and asking them for a response, but they do not actually do anything to help you resolve the situation. Pay the money. Then stop shopping there and make sure you tell everyone you know how dishonest they are so they don't get burned too. By the way, if you want to remove your private information from your account make sure you do it before you close the account because they will not remove it and they will lock you from being able to take it out.
Answer: I totally agree! DONT SHOP THERE! They have no problem violating your privacy and they will ruin your credit if you use value pays.
